I'm looking for some way to be PvP, DPS, and heals, all in one package. In that order of preference.
First off, please recommend a 'gear weight' to use for searching for gear on wowhead. Secondly, recommend a spec?
I just turned 80 and am ready to try out new specs.
Here's my character:

Get the frostsavage set for resilience, crit, SP, int. It's got it all and will be a good place to start. With that set, I was healing PvE heroics just fine. The few times I needed to DPS for a heroic, i was dishing out 1200 DPS. Granted its not immaculate, but keep in mind i was back up healing and dispelling as well.
I have no experience with PVP, but since frostsavage is considered the crafted starter set for PVP, I think it will work. lol.
As for spec, you will want disc. I cant recommend a specific build right now since I switched to holy to experiment a little bit.
I just noticed you said PVP > DPS > Heals in that order. In that case, the changes to shadow in 3.1 might make this viable for you. However, as of this moment, shadow blows in PVP so I don't recommend it. (So I hear.)

Depending on how much you want to heal, you can take a hybrid shadow/disc spec making sure you get shadowform. With glyph of pw:s, you can heal 1200ish every time you cast pw:s. Keeping the most dps requires shadowform, but with that, you have very few healing options that don't break it.

You have about 1700 sp, so I'm guessing your shield is around 5k; and THAT is what makes discipline so great at pvp. However, the shadow tree has it's uses in pvp, if your looking for strait damage still, and you spec right, you'll be decently well of.
Psychic Scream: 5 guys run off running wildly for 8s immediatly followed by a stun for 3s immediatly followed by 10s of no weapons (main hand, offhand, AND ranged). At the end of all that, your next Psychic Scream will almost be up. Granted, the first 2 parts can be avoided and such, so we don't live in a perfect world where priests are kings.

Your spec for your proposed idea isnt bad, just made a couple of minor changes:

Pain supression and imp Mana Burn namely, especially as you said PvP was your priority. PvE dps as lolsmite priest will definately be noticable lower and u'll need stack tonnes of Hit, but you shouldn't have problems healing heroics in this spec.

Have fun with mix specs =))

Now that 3.1 is out, is there any new/more/different advice?
I'm looking to have PvE as my main spec and PvP as my offspec, both of them 'healers', but the pvp one with a slant towards being able to survive a 1v1 encounter (the only reason I'd want DPS is to be able to win in PvP). And I'm still looking for recommendations for a wowhead 'gear weight' filter to use for a pvp spec.
