Multiboxing Cost

So, I've read a lot about multiboxing and am ready to try it, but I wanted to know about the cost. I have a pretty good computer, quad core, 8gb ram, WD raptor hdd, Radeon HD3850. So I think I can run a few instances of the game. I've already tested 2 with my wife's account.
If I want to multibox to get myself more high lvl chars, then I was thinking the cost would be one copy of the game for each char. Using RAF for each would mean that each copy would give my main account one free month of play, worth $13-$15. If I can get a copy of the game, or a key, for about $20, then I'm really only paying $5-$7 per char. That would be great, but then I realized that I'll have to transfer those chars to my main account once they reach 60. So that's another $25 per char, right?
I would like to go all out and do 4 RAF, plus my main account and take 5 chars from 1-60 using

. But is that really worth $120? Is there anything I'm missing that would make this more expensive? Is there anyway to make this cheaper? And is there anything else I should be thinking about?
Thanks.

Don't forget the monthly fee for all your extra accounts if you go over the 1st month while leveling them. If you can spend a lot of time on it that shouldn't be an issue though.

Yes, I was planning, and hoping, to finish within one month.

Also, you'll be "saving" money by leveling all your toons at once instead of paying the monthly fee for the next "X" months just on your main account while slowly leveling your alts and ignoring your main. So take into account how many months it would take for you to level them all individually and subtract that from the $120 that you figured to get the true cost of having 4 60+ toons
