Strength (after expertise and soft cap are reached) becomes more valuable right now for dps as well as tankingThis makes no sense (1) and is wrong (2).
(1) - 'expertise and soft cap are reached': what is this supposed to mean? For tanking, the ideal caps are 8% hit and 15% expertise. The hit cap is somewhat easy to reach through gear itself (no need for gems or enchants especially for hit), but the expertise should be at least 10% for a Bear Tank. 15% is possible, but only a few will have the luck to gather all those pieces. That 6.5% expertise soft cap is only for dodge, applied to Pussy Cat DPS, which attacks from behind (so the mob does not have parry chance).
(2) - Strength will be of absolutely NO priority for feral tanking. The enchants and gems should be made primarily for agility and stamina. Also agility will be more valuable than strength for DPS also.

Yeah, your stat choice will remain the same. It is not because Savage Defense (or w/e its spelled) amount of damage absorbed is based on AP, you still need to crit to activate it. So agility will still be better than STR.
