I've used Q, E and shift E for quite a while.
Now since I don't really ever need to change stances in prot I have them unbound completely :P

I use Q for battle stance, and overpower if I'm already in battle stance. I use G and T for defensive stance, and disarm or spell reflection if I'm already in defensive stance (T also slaps on a sword and shield for me). I use F and V for berserker stance, or pummel if I'm already in berserker stance, and victory rush if i'm in berserker stance. Its a pretty odd setup but it works for me.

I have Berserker and Battle stance bound to A (as I've put them on the same place on the action bar) so I can switch between both with one key, for Defensive I use middle mouse.

Shift + scroll up for berserker stance
Shift + scroll down for battle. Or just scroll up/down.
With dps spec def stance is F1 but with prot is replaces berserker stance.
