Wow.com works perfectly fine for me. IE is probably your problem,
here's
how to fix it. Welcome to Wowhead by the way!

Are you getting that error with Firefox or IE? If you want you could see if Firefox loads the page. Then you would know if it was IE or just your computer. Unless of course http error 403 already means it's your comp. I'm not a tech savvy person, so I don't know this stuff.

What version of Internet Explorer are you using? (i.e. 7, 8) If it's 8, I believe there's a current issue with it, though it's not related to Wowhead itself; it seems to be an issue with most sites malfunctioning with IE 8.
Also, I reported your post, but don't worry—it was to request that it be moved to Site Feedback where it truly belongs. =) Wowhead help belongs on Site Feedback; World of Warcraft help belongs on Help and Support.
On a final note, please just leave out the IE flames. I realise it hasn't started yet, but I was being more preemptive than anything else.

I don't believe that this is about Wowhead.com :)
Good point. I used bad judgement there, and automatically assumed it was an identical issue. Thanks for opening my eyes in a subtle way =)
