1v1 prot, and what gives me the most bang for my buck?

I'm currently level 75 and I plan on level up to 80 as prot. The ONLY issue have with prot so far is mana when I'm fighting mobs one on one. I'm currently using my Seal of Wiz, Blessing of Sanc, and Judgement of Light. If I'm fighting +3 mobs I'm always at 75% or more mana, but as soon as it drops to 1 or 2 I'm waiting for enough mana to do HotR all day.

Also, now that I've gotten Sheild of Righteousness I find myself wondering...what gives me more bang for my buck? Shield of Righteousness or Hammer of the Rightous? They both cost the same amount of mana, but which one generally hits harder?

ShoR on single targets, HotR on multiples.

Make sure to focus on your most mana-efficient moves (ShoR, HotR, and Judgement) when single-targeting as Prot. Consecrate and Avenger's Shield are both very expensive to use. If you need a ranged pull, Hand of Reckoning is your best option.

Also, Don't forget about Divine Plea. If you've picked up a few pieces of Holy plate in your travels, pop on a few pieces of high INT gear in between fights and hit DP for extra mana regen, then switch back right before you pull.

I tend to go AoE farming in all my mp5 holy gear. Just look forward to 3.1 when we get constant DP :D
