I mean which addons =)
I'm in the process of installing new ones to optimize for when my guild progresses in Ulduar.
I used to use pitbull raid frames and simple keybindings. For other things i'd use Dotimer, bigwigs, classtimer, and a couple misc addons for little things like checking lifebloom ticks or whatnot.
The mods that take up the most for healing is efficient raid frames, since druids benefit from raid frames that show hot durations. They tend to be kind of big.
You want low cpu usage look at :
wowinterface - ouf
oUF
oUF_HealComm
oUF_FreebGrid
oUF_DebuffHighlight
oUF_AuraSort
oUF_Banzai
oUF_Kosken
I have work with freebaser to replicate grid with oUF...works awesome now that oUF has a tag system like pitbull.
I have my own version of oUF with accurate range checking, accurate latency safezone for the castbar, totemtimers, debuff & buff countdowns.
I even started coding an options panel using libSimpleOptions.

A hex code is a 6-digit code using numbers 0-9 and letters A-F (base 16). It's used to represent -range colors. F is the largest single-digit integer, as opposed to 9 in standard numbering.
Some example colors; FFFFFF is full 255, 255, 255 (white), and 00FF00 would be 0, 255, 0, or full green.
You can find a decent hex generator here:
http://www.2createawebsite.com/build/hex-colors.html
.
(Note: don't include the # sign in the DogTag function.)
