Did some more work last night, and now
this
is what it looks like.
Any more tips?
And Cloud8690 mentioned something about my blue box in the bottom, its a part of the UI. I want it to go in blue/orange.

It's an improvement. Although you have your mail and zone tag overlapping your minimap border.

Would it be better if I switched place with Combat Log and Grid?

Personal preference. I myself keep the combat log and chat box on opposite sides of the screen.

Whichever is more appealing to you.
The second one looks more organized though.

Critique please? I've already fixed the Skada-damagemeter overlapping Omen issue. :P

If anyone could help me out with the panels I would really appreciate it, and any suggestions about the UI are always wanted.
Create a macro with:
/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage( GetMouseFocus():GetName() );
Set it to a hot key. Put your mouse over one of the windows you need to know. Press the hotkey and it will print the frame name to your chat log. Go to the panel and scroll down to where it shows what to anchor it to. Default is UIParent, change this to the frame name shown in your chat log. Now when you close recount, the panel will close with it.

Thanks a lot, I will try that.
Edit: I have it anchored to the recount main window now, but when I close recount the panel is still there. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
It needs to be set to both the Parent and Anchor Frame. Did you try that or just setting the anchor frame?

Your SLDT seems to be very sporadically placed. You should anchor them all to the minimap with text justified to right, that way they will all be perfectly aligned.
Also, your target buffs seem pretty large and would probably take up tons of space when someone has many buffs.
Other than that, I like that you kept a very druidic color scheme and it seems to have a pretty good symmetry.

._. It's like... just there for the extra information I need. It's scrolling doooooown.
And most of the time I'm just having my eyes on the cooldowns so having it in the middle of the screen seems pointless. ^,^
