I mainly dps (pala/shammy/dk).
As paladin, I need to pop hands/dispells/small heals, DSac when AoE hits the fan.
As shaman, I might throw a heal or dispell now and then.
As DK, I raise the dead nubs for kicks.
Then sometimes I heal (shammy). Other days, tank (DK).
All in all, the only time I might live without raid frames is DK-DPS. And that's too much of work to redo them just for that.

Really cool UI, nothing is too big or too small.
Is it just me or do UI's with circular actionbars bug the %^&* out of you? *cringes*

My
UI
.
I personally do not like highlight on the player frames, but suppose it can be helpful. Why do you have party frames
and
grid showing at the same time though?
Titanpanel, while useful, is pretty ugly. And you have a lot of buttons on your minimap.
Bag buttons? Shift+b ftw? Do your professions need their own buttons? I just open them out of my spellbook. Mounts? I would macro your land mount and your flier into one macro and bind it to a key on a hidden bar.
All my opinions though.

Just something I'm used to. I like to have my party frames open for raids, so it's easier for me to just leave them visible at all times. I don't see the point in hiding and making them visible all of the time.
I don't see the use in having both out, but we are two different people with two different preferences. it looks nice either way.
I like everything to be infront of me, so I don't have to open my bag to see my gold, or character sheet to check my durability, or so that I don't need to go into Interface to fiddle with addons that I frequently use/change. I guess ButtonFacade could be hidden, but all of the other ones, I'm constantly playing with.
You seem to be making use of kgpanels. You could easily use SLDataText combiend with KgPanels to have the same information shown, but look more attractive.
As for the Mini Map buttons, can you not use the chat commands to open the menus for those addons? If my zoom in/out bindings are the same as yours, you could remove those two buttons and use the +/- keys on the numpad. Unless you have two gathering professions, I don't see the point in having the tracking button out there. Calendar button can be opened with /calendar. Although you won't know if you have an event scheduled so it is helpful to have shown.
If you really want to keep them shown, I would suggest SexyMap to be used. One of it's functions allows you to set up your buttons to show either Always, Never, or when you mouse over your minimap. It would also help make your map more attractive and match your UI. Also, zone text? Do you forget where you are sometimes? You have two clocks showing as well, are both needed? And exactly how often do you actually close your minimap? If oten, then the button is fine, if you don't close it, I see it as pointless.
My bags aren't keybound. Shift + B is my ground mount (which used to be a bear, hence the B).
Bind them to something that isn't bound? Just a suggestion, as you don't seem to have a problem using keybinds from looking at your action bars.
Once again, I prefer the ease of having them right there. I constantly use them, so it gets tedious to have to open up my spell book everytime I want to cut a gem, enchant something, disenchant something else, or fish for the daily.
If you don't have a problem with it, and if it's possible, I might sugges making a macro with modifiers that can open all 4 of them with one button. If it works, you could possibly replace the drake mount on the upper bar with the macro. Just another suggestion.
I only really use my Epic Flight Form, so my drake being on my bar really has no use. I just don't have anything else to put there, so I have it as a place-holder so there isn't a gap.
I see.
Ignore or make use of my advice. Up to you. In the end you have to use the UI, not I.

It doesn't look nice
In your opinion. It's hardly a fact.
