[Suggestion]Armor Models for NPCs

For NPCs that are wearing armor, it would be nice if links to the model of the armor were given on the NPC's page. I dont know exactly how the WoW model system for NPCs works, but if it's like PCs with each piece being a different item it doesn't seem like it would be very hard to do.
Even if it was a separate comment area, that would be better than either a)having to sift through all the comments to find one about the armor or b)having to make a new comment and or forum topic about the armor of a single npc.

This is an interesting idea. I wonder how difficult it is to pull that data—it can't be THAT hard.

IIRC, NPC gear is assigned by texture IDs, not necessarily by items. So you will sometimes have gear that an NPC will wear that has no item equivalent. This is just from my recalling playing around with the WoW Model Viewer.
You may be able to cross-reference some of those texture IDs to find other gear that uses them (like the current "Same Model As") functionality.

Texture/skin and models are two different things, I'm not aware of a skin tracking method on Wowhead.

Pretty much.
