Why PvP sucks in Wrath, and what can be done to fix it.

Zeriko proves a good point. When it comes down to it: Certain classes have it easier in PvP then others do. The difference in skill level between a challenger ranked paladin and a gladiator ranked one is minimal in comparison to a gladiator mage, is to a challenger mage.
Frankly: Deathknights and paladins are plain easier to play then other classes, while warlocks, shamans, and hunters ('complex classes' as quoted by GC) have to work with extra mechanics and in-built weaknesses that paladins and deathknights simply do not have to think about.

I personally agree with your post, however, I believe that Paladins are far more OP that Death Knights are.
I think the only thing that needs to be done to fix the current PvP system is for classes to gain their originality back. I remember when only a few classes could CC/Stun, now Paladins can keep you stunned longer than a Rogue can.
That alone would be a huge fix to the PvP problems.
I personally think that Arena PvP is decent. Battle Grounds not so much, but what can you really do? It's not class problems in Battle Grounds, it's the number of people you take on. If you're getting jumped by 10 other people, it doesn't matter how OP you are, you're going to die in four seconds. And I take it you were referring to BGs when you said, "the game isn't fun when you're dead 4 seconds after RESING". Well, in Battle Grounds, if you're getting attacked by multiple people by yourself, you're going to get wtfpwned in 4 seconds.
Simple as that.

Your just $%^&*ing cause your mad and you can't kill Retadins and Death Knights....if you are so unhappy with it quit playing or roll a DK or a Retadin and then you cant complain cause you'll always be killing the other guy

The only reason people dislike retadins and Death Knights is because they take WAY more effort to kill for most classes, and some classes don't even stand a chance. That's what they're trying to fix dumbass. Retadins and Death Knights are OP. Nothing you say will change that.

chain lighting doesnt need to be changed but i think lava burst does toooo much damage for such a short cool down my friend hits around 8k with it
Lavaburst is fine considering how many other gaps the elemental shaman class has. How much resilence are you wearing as well? As far as I know, lavaburst used to hit for as much as 11k (it did for me) but the damage was mysteriously reduced in 3.10, the developers do not know how that occured.
