Right now, I'm gearing up my Enhancement Shaman (armory will be posted below). Right now, I have the spec 16/55/0, and the glyphs used (the major ones at least) are Stormstrike, Windfury and Feral spirit. With this spec and glyphs, I can manage 2.5k dps, but Im curious to know, if there are talent points I should / should not have, and glyphs I should actually be using for dps increases.
Feedbacks appreciated

Once you've reached these caps you can gem/enchant for either pure AP or agility. Pure AP gems give you twice the amount of attack power an agility gem would. This means that you'll be getting twice the amount of spellpower via Mental Quickness as well. However, agility also gives you a bit of melee crit, which is important due to Elemental Devastation and Flurry. I would say gem for agility until you're happy with your crit chance, but once you've reached a point where you can have Flurry up constantly and Elemental Devastation up the majority of a fight, AP becomes the better option.
Agility will have no effect on Elemental Devastion; your giving misinformation. Elemental Devastion functions off Offensive Spell Crits. The crit gained from agility will not effect your spells, and it won't increase your melee crit by a great deal either. Your better off stacking Attack Power once you've reached your respective hit cap and soft expertise cap. Crit chance will never really be an issue in a raid situation, where you are getting melee and spell crit buffs.

In addition to flurry crit also helps keeping Unleashed Rage up, which helps both you and your party, expecially since a lot of DK's are running unholy for the permanent pet and MM hunters are somewhat of a rarity (which might not change anytime soon, even if they will be better in BiS gear, which is yet to be seen, too).
To have a good UR uptime (and of course Flurry) you'll need around 30% melee crit, which you most likely will get through buffs in a raid and you'll get some more by properly enchanting your gear (though might be better to wait for better armor on some slots).
