if i were to go for a CB build i'd probably do something similar (by skipping conflag/backdraft i mean) but you have to ask yourself what are you gaining by going so deep into demo?
you're putting a lot of faith in your imp there and i doubt it's worth so many points.
alternatively, would you get more out of your talents by dropping CB and FnB and going as far as mater demonologist in demo? i think you would.
the build you're suggesting isn't one you'll see very much and there's a reason for that. you can get more bang for your buck by talenting different ways.

i don't think so. others way well disagree. it's close but i think more is to be gained using those points elsewhere.
~this may change with the coming patch. we'll have to see.
btw. I saw 31/0/40 build. Can aff + destro works in heroics and raids?
sadly, no. test it on a dummy, it just doesn't do the damage you'd hope it would.
