People who find out I'm female and react in either two way;

"OMG! GIRL! Be my best friend and confident, so I at a later point can see you naked!" - This really has no need for explanation.
i LOL'd. This is an issue i have as well. i usually join vent to be able to hear what is going on, but stick to only typing in raid chat.
"Do you have a mic?"
"it's not working at the moment =( "
"Oh, that sucks, but okay."
haha, yeah.... sorry but i don't need to be flirted with or defended so you look good to me. nor do i need the "add me to your friends! *wink wink*"
unless of course my husband is in the raid. then it's just amusing ^.^
And btw... Just because I'm female, dosen't mean I give a flying f*ck about your old cat that died nor does it instantly make me care anymore for your whining over no friends..

Trade chat. I swear, I hate /2 with every fiber of my being. Yet, I can't get myself to leave it, incase someone actually posts a good offer... (Yes! It has happend to me!)

People who lump everyone of a certain class together.
I have a DK tank, I know what I'm doing, I may not have the best gear, but I never lose aggro in any instance I have tanked, unless someone taunts (like the final boss in DTK....Does anyone read what those buttons do? Why is my healer taunting as a skelly?)
I also have a ret pally as my main, and I can't PvP at all on him. But I have some stellar DPS in heroics and raids.
People who ask for advice/help (rotations, speccing, gear) then get &*!@ed off at you for saying things like 'You don't need int as a warrior, and you're 54, you shouldn't be in mail.' Then come back (maybe not the same night) go on a heroic, and QQ the ENTIRE time about their DPS being horrible, or why are they not holding aggro.
Getting flamed for not knowing ALL of the lingo (I'm still not sure what ffs, and QFT mean.)
Never getting a straight answer. I know if you do some research online, you can find your question (quests are one thing but...) I have just started a new toon, a rogue. I poked around, but I couldn't find a definitive answer as to the best spec for levelling. So, stupid me, I ask in trade chat. Answers ranged from feral, to disc, to destruction. People trying to be funny.
People who stand in a major city, and in /1 (most know not to do this in /2) say 'can someone lend me X amount of gold for this item.'
My usual response now is, quest givers can give you some gold. I had one person actually reply to me in whisper 'I'm too low, they don't give gold.' So I replied, they do eventually, and if you do enough, the rewards add up to a gold.

One of my pet peeves - Girls who whine about how they're treated in WoW. Obviously you coming and whining about how you're treated justifies their treatment - you complain too much, and that !@#$ won't slide in a serious raid guild.

Three mains things.
-People who take 5 mans WAY to seriously. Anyone who whispers me anything like "wut r ur tank stats" or "link me ur achievement for h uk then" gets a quick ignore.
-Girls who think its neccesary to point out that they're girls. They only do it because they know some saps out there will give them special treatment because of it.
- People who just whisper "invite" when you are PuGing for anything. A "plz" at the very least tacked onto the end would go a long way.

because when we out DPS you, you suddenly have lag or your house is on fire.
WoWhead is for QQing about such things.

Spelling and grammar. Seriously. You go to school to
learn
. When you are outside of school, you should be applying what you have
learned
to everyday life. You should have learned by the time you are able to play WoW with any ability (i.e. by the time you pass 4th grade) to be able to reasonably spell most common words and put them in a coherent sentence. When you are just faffing about in Dalaran, you should be capable of spelling you "you" and "are" and be able to discern the difference between your/you're and there/their/they're, and so forth. I should have to bust out the bloody Rosetta Stone to know what you're trying to communicate.
If I could have one super power, it would be one that allows me to conjure a standard blacksmith's anvil that is going at terminal velocity over a person's hands from any distance with a thought. Maybe then these little #$%^s would have a reason to learn how to type, once their hands have non-shattered bones in them and get a new computer.

People who complain about not getting enough epics per raid really !@#$ me off. Seriously more then half the current players now-a-days never would have made it raiding pre bc. You got maybe 1-2 epics per month and you liked it.

People just walking up to me when I'm on my mage and asking "portal XXXX plz". Just because I am in a town and moving (indicating I'm not afk) does not mean I am your personal taxi. Ask in general and trade and let one of the mages who are currently offering that service send you. Nothing @#$%es me off then some D**che following me about spamming me because I won't invite him for a portal.
