I'm gunna have to say that room in BWL where you move -2 miles per hour.
hunters with disengage = win.
Did it today. Walking backwards... Disengage... walking backwards... disengage. rediness disengage... reapeat like 20 times.
I made it to the boss by the time the other guys was turning the corner to get to the boss.

While playing a healer: whispers going 'ress pls'. As if I'm not going to ress them, and it just can't go fast enough.
While doing summons and all the people you summon run straight into the instance. Even the other person sees the group run in, follows them, and leaves me there alone.
And then raidchat explodes because they're all asking for a damn summon.
Some people.. *makes strangling gestures*
Presumptuous lot of morons, aren't they?
When I played a Priest, I specced Shadow because I didn't want to be a Healer (Too much pressure, man! I just can't do it, for some reason), but even then, people would ask if I would heal their run.
Just because I'm a Priest doesn't mean you should assume I'm going heal your ass. Get bent!

Generally speaking my biggest pet peeve in WoW are players who simply show disrespect to others by griefing, insulting or stealing for no reason. Specifically I hate the following 3 things most:
Lazy typists who abbreviate EVERYTHING.
Lack of moderation/policing in chat channels.
Allowing important NPCs such as auctioneers & quest givers to be killed on non-PvP servers.

Trade chat.
Elitists.
People who ask you to do something other than chosen your role. No I don't care how good you are at healing if I don't come in as a tank I'm not tanking. Same for healing. Prot is NOT a healing spec. And then when they die they're always mad.. Get it through your heads I AM NOT A HEALER. (Old wounds still hurt man..)
Classists and WoW racists. It's a game.. what race and class you choose has little bearing as long as you're Horde. (/sarcasm,kinda)

Or when they start spamming 'rez plx' in /p over and over and over the instant they die. Shut up, we're not out of combat yet. And if you keep it up I'm not going to rez you, corpse run #$%^&.

Groups (tanks really since they choose where to go) in heroic random who skip bosses. Drives me up the wall..yes I know there are bosses you can skip, and no I don't need loot off of them..but I'd like to roll for the darn shard and the achieve if i'm on an alt that hasn't ran the place a bazillion times since wrath launch. The entire instance took what 3 minutes you couldnt handle an extra .005 seconds to run down and whip Eck or do Jadoga or the other optional boss in OK? Grr
Also /agree with bobalob about the people who start randomly nerdraging in a group. If we wiped or someone's being seriously stupid I can somewhat relate but if heals lets your healthbar actually move a smidge and you start freaking out or if someone isn't doing insano icc geared style dps and you freak, I'll probably just leave...I'd rather play solo or just find a diff group than have some person bringing down the tone of the run for no good (in my opinion) reason.

Mailboxes being gone during the elemental invasions. I get it, it's windy, so take a page from Florida and bolt them down tighter.
I only log into my banker once or twice a day, and for the passed 3 days it always happens to be during an invasion event. Grrrrrrr.
