I don't see the point in Lifebloom for tank healing (the glyph, not the spell ;) ). What do you really gain by having it last a little longer? 1 more tick, that's 1k HP every 9 seconds. Hardly significant.
Regrowth is
not
an obvious glyph. In fact it is pretty bad, no matter what you heal.
For tank healing glyphed Nourish (on a fully hotted up tank) is way superior to Regrowth.
For raid healing you never really cast Regrowth twice on the same target.
I'd go with: Swiftmend (obvious), Nourish (great tank and spot healing and even when raid healing I find myself throwing a Nourish at the tank(s) occasionally, quite often in hard modes that don't have too heavy raid damage and ofc very often in 10mans since everyone always has Rejuv on him there), Wild Growth (makes your second best raid healing spell even more awesome and even when on tank healing duty you will have WG active on the melee all the time to boost Nourish anyway, might as well help the raid a bit out then with the additional target).
If you are never healing 25man and want to optimize your build for special encounters (like taking down anub in 10man hard mode or something like that) then the Rejuvenation glyph might be viable. But since you just started raiding I guess it'll take you a while to get there so the Rejuvenation glyph doesn't really do much for you right now.

i used to completely disregard the rejuve glyph but after taking a really hard look at it in a raid environment it's likely to provide much more healing and when it really counts then other glyphs. this is of course dependant on your style of healing (rejuve needs to be one of if not the top heal in your arsenal) and whether you're raid or tank healing but in my case (a raid healer who uses a LOT of rejuve) it works reasonably well.
it's not gonna knock your socks off but compared against the alternatives it shouldn't be so quickly disregarded.
the OP called regrowth an obvious choice and it bears repeating that the only thing obvious about the regrowth glyph is that it's a bad choice. this isn't 3.0 any more.

it depends on what you are doing. Each glyph does its own job, but you do need that job?
Reju glyth helps if you are the only healer, and you need to rely on reju to slowly top up someone at half or less hp. Very dangerous if it is a hard boss fight, very unlikely and rare if it is a normal 5 man. Imagine a 5 man, once in a while some clothies got hit hard and went down to under half hp. What would u do? reju and let it tick? Swiftmend? How many ticks will occur before he gets heals above 50%? You let him stay under 50% long enuf to make the glyph worth the money?
In a raid everyone is healing, if all members are under 50% for an extensive time, I smell wipe. Maybe that happens during last phase of Anub fight in 10/25 ToC, but then do you want to heal them above 50%?
Lifeboom glyth, how often do you use it, and what do you want to do with it? You want to roll it or let it boom and recover the mana? That tells you whether the glyth is worth the money or not. In a raid, sometime you do stack LBx3 and keep it rolling. Yes 1 more sec does help here. Is that important enuf to use this glyph over the other glyth? Your play style determines your choice. You and only you can tell which is which.

You know, in many (most?) fights it's really okay to just let rejuv do its work on raid damage instead of spike healing it. I suspect that in a truly hard fight, where everyone is pushing their limits, Rejuv would be a no-brainer to bring.
The habit of bringing 7 healers to every raid really breeds misconceptions about what good healing is supposed to be.

Exactly. If you bring 7 healers you have a lot of cross heals and fall back. But you also see that HoTs that are on a raid could easily top them up due to infrequent damage, get over written by some hps meter hungry direct caster. If you get to the point where you are running the minumum healers for the fight just to maximize dps you will find that this direct healer won't have the gcd's available to overwrite the HoT's usefulness. 2 benefits to this. Those over heals we are now oh so famous for will actually get put to use and the druid's hps will go up.
Less waste, better heals.
