Yeah, Garrosh bringing balls into the Horde makes me lol.
He's going to be like Blackhand II.

Adamsm
Here's hoping he meets the same same end as Blackhand the first.... a hammer to his skull.

That would probably end up just as bad as Garrosh, seeing as his second in command could be Agmar...

I wonder how poor Vol'jin will feel getting kicked out of Grommash Hold
but if i remember correctly after he was he and tribesman were saved by Thrall and the Orcs, Vol'jin pleged his and his peoples loyalty to the horde not just to Thall
looks like Vol'jin might have to live with it, pity I <3 Vol'jin as much as i do Thall and Thrall my main Orc
*edit for spelling*

the horde leadership is solid, every horde player loves and respects thrall.
You would be suprised.
This coming from you. Like you got word to speak against this varian jr.

I had this idea since I saw that one article about Garrosh "bringing the balls to the Horde"
Try to stop discriminating someones idea just because you have different opinions then them.
Your didn't state an idea but an opinion as a counter point to someone elses opinion.
And whos discriminating who exactly?

amen.
I was referring to Old Horde fans, people who picked Horde thinking it was evil, and people who see peace as a weakness. Trust me, Thrall is not as popular as everyone thinks.
Just read that one thread about Garrosh "bringing the balls back to the horde
that thread is filled with idiots, after reading the first 2 pages I didn't even bothered to add a proper reply, I may as well try to teach my grand-grand.mother who is 103 years old, how to use a computer, even when she confuses the microwave with a TV, I would be more productive doing that, rather than trying to reason with those chimps on that thread.
and I did say most players, not all, when I was talking about thrall's popularity.
there is no such thing as an 100% god-leader, someone who plp worship 100%.
every character, every single one of them, have a few that go against the flow.
just to put 2 examples out of the many avaliable:
Thrall, loved by almost all of the horde, don't pull that crap of "a lot don't like him" cuz that's not true, almost all love him, and only a small tiny minority dislikes or hates him.
Drak'uru: almost everyone hates him, almost everyone, but there is a few who love him, is true I've seen a few drak'uru fans who were hoping he was the main leader of the gundrak instance.
my point remains, thrall was loved and its still loved by almost all (not all)of the horde, and even a large size (not all) of the alliance, and I don't understand why blizz is trying to fix what's not broken in the first place.
now, if they wanted to replace loth'remar that would be understandable.............

I sure hope we get to redeem him...
Edit: And thanks Taurenmoo, but in case Darkton reads this, I didn't actually mean it. I just got a little bit frusterated at that point. Dark is a fairly decent debater, he just has some... unusual... viewpoints on some things. I think Varian's actually pretty low on the suffering list, behind Alexstrazsa, Velen, Thrall, and Sylvanas, and he simply disagrees. It's really a matter of opinion and whether you determine to cause more suffering. I think we can agree they all suffered, though.

Have not read RotH, and might not because just reading the Wowwiki pages of Durotan and Rellstatan alone is sad :/
You should, it's a very good read. It will put a lot of things in perspective with the orcs for you.

To be honest - Sylvanas died slowly and painfully after defending her people and was then forced into killing the people she died defending.
I think she suffered profusely.

Skreeran
But, Skreeran, I beg to disagree on your list of people suffering more then him.
Sylvanas- Suffered no where as much, I hate when you compared her and Varian. I would like to debate over this.Well, Varian had to watch his people die and had his father killed in front of his eyes. He was also enslaved for a few months.
Sylvanas, on the other hand, watched her people die, then was mutlilated and tortured and finally killed, but it wasn't over there. Arthas painfully tore her spirit out and forced her to kill more of her people. Both of her parents are dead to the Scourge, possibly to
her own
unwilling hand, while she was enslaved for at least a year, and is now forced to remain in her monstrous state even after she's free. Varian at least still has people who love him after he's been freed. Sylvanas and the Forsaken can't even feel love or joy anymore. Makes me sad just typing about her. (Although that might be the nausea from getting my wisdom teeth pulll... X( )
Thrall- I have seen debates between Thrall and Varian on "who suffered more" lots of times. No one ever changes thier mind. I stand by Varian having it worse, and you can think Thrall had it worse.Right, we've already argued this and we can't change the other's mind, so there's no point.
Alextarza- Cant say. Have never read DotD and probobly never will if its as bad as people say.Well, she was essentially held prisoner, raped (forced to breed without her consent), and then forced to watch as her children fought and died trying to wipe out the very life she was supposed to protect. She even was forced to watch as one of her eggs was smashed, which, for a dragon, is the equivalent of seeing your infant child be killed in front of you.
Velen- Have not read RotH, and might not because just reading the Wowwiki pages of Durotan and Rellstatan alone is sad :/You should read it. Very good book.
Anyway, Velen had to wtch just about
all
of his people die to the orcs, including several close friends. In addition, he lost many pieces of the Ata'mal rystal, which were ancient holy relics for his people. He was captured and treated terribly, tied in a very uncomfortable position to a tree, nearly choked to death from his bindings. And keep in mind, he's very elderly, pretty much a old man.
But anyway, like I said, our viewpoints are different and there's little we can do to change that if neither of us will change our minds.

Sylvanas does not definitely want the Orcs dead.
Anyway, Sylvanas died. Varian didn't. Sylvanas had to kill people she knew, cared about, defended, Varian did not. Didn't Me'dan get attacked by Varian in the comics when he tried to defend his mother as well?
Sylvanas witnessed betrayal - Battle for Undercity ring a bell? Sylvanas' acts under enslavement are incomparable to Varian's.
If you opened your eyes a little and quit being so Narrow minded, you would see that Sylvanas' story is very tragic - and much of her bad deeds were not under her own control.
I know Varian went through a lot, but he was never killed. Sylvanas was warped by death.
In regard to you asking why Velen never fought back - Why didn't Varian fight back against the Defias immediately, or the Crimson Ring?
