I think the information about eviction from the CENTRE of the city is implying that only one area of the city will have only tuaren and orc. The rest will prbably be open to all, like normal.
It makes sense they are redesigning the city so the centre could be a stronghold/citadel where garrosh is located.
Plus what garrosh is doing could be temperary. i mean he could probably be leader for 1-2 patches and then he does something horrible and we end up having to kill him or "fix him".
Then from that point on i think i see saurfang being warchief as really he should have been the first choice after thrall.
I agree with you on it will be based on phasing tech they've already used in northrend.
What I don't agree with though is the notion that after the events of cataclysm, someone else remaining as warchief over Thrall. Perhaps on a temp basis, but one thing I hold proud in the face of things is that the horde has a leader as noble and wise as Thrall. And well I respect Saurfang greatly, I believe he sees the same, that he's proud to serve under Thrall as his leader.
The other fact being, when you consider important lore figures that could have the mantle of warchief, Thrall is still the youngest of them all, with ones like Saurfang, Rexxar, Drek'thar. Even Garrosh is older then Thrall

actually your wrong. Garrosh is younger than Thrall. Thrall is of the same age as Grom wich is garrosh's father so...and also thrall its kind of an uncle of garrosh as he was like a brother to grom
Thrall is born 2 years ADP.
Garrosh was born before the Dark Portal, he's older.
Thrall is about 20 years younger than Grom would be.

thrall as the new Guardian makes a lot of sense tough
no it.. really doesn't.
To be a guardian one needs to be neutral. Thrall is an orc who has lead his people who were fighting the alliance. Even with his passive attitude, making him into something not even mentioned in the games lore for a long time (comics not included) wouldn't fit.
I can live with phasing changes happening well a story unfolds in cataclysm.. but I won't accept it if Thrall cannot return to lead his people who need him.

I hope Cairne does die, I hate Tauren all I have to say. Every race is cooler than Tauren imo.

Says the guy who, judging by your avatar, rolled a boring, bland human in a game with 9 other more intresting races to choose. At least tauren don't look like a 1980s he-man reject.
