"I talked to X, Y, and Z, and they couldn't come up with good arguments to defend their point of view. Obviously, their point of view is wrong".
LoL.

It's so populat not to like Bush, especially for no reason. I think I'm going to love Bush for no reason, just to illustrate to you all how stupid you sound to me.
In Australia, at least, Bush Jr and Bush Sr are both seen as people who got America involved and entangled in conflicts that were really none of its business.
There's my view, as well as a lot of others. I disliked John Howard (ex PM of Australia, and 1/3 of the cheersquad for the Axis of Good) for the same reason.

Hmm, I could have sworn from all the right-wing posts you make in things like the Homosexual debate and Religion debate that you would be Republican. What party do you support then? Your views seem mostly opposite of the Democrats.
I know it's aimed at MyTie, but just on a general note, why do you (and most of the world, at that) feel the need to pigeonhole people into left-wing or right-wing or centerist, or a particular political party? (As far as the 'wing' system is concerned, centre isn't a necessarily a compromise between left and right.)
Isn't it enough to have a set of values and beliefs, and in different circumstances, you'll agree and disagree with the major political parties on different points?
I'm yet to meet anyone who's actually 100% die-hard Republican or Democrat or anything, really. The British Labour Party (ex Tony Blair) has similar views to the Australian Liberal/National coalition (ex John Howard), not the Australian Labor Party (current Kevin Rudd).

It was just an assumption based on characteristics more common to Republicans, especially since most of his beliefs seem to reflect those of the party and its members.
It was an incorrect (or he didn't want to say I was right, it doesn't particularly matter) assumption yes, but I've already said that. But I guess over-analysation of everything is something I've come to expect here.
Name one of my beliefs held by the Republicans. Earlier you said 'homosexual marriage', which is ridiculous, since I don't support the defense of marriage act. I also don't support the legalization of homosexual marriage either. You see, I actually think about the issue, and try to come up with a position I feel makes sense, instead of buying into something.
My belief on homosexual marriage is the same as heterosexual marriage: Government has no business regulating any religious ceremony. This belief is not held by either democrats or republicans or many indepenants. You are trying to label me as 'Conservative' or 'Liberal' or 'Republican' or 'Democrat'. You will fail. I am MyTie. That is all.

You have got to be kidding me MyTie.
GWB Jr was someone consistently made fun of for barely being able to complete a sentence without making a hilarious mistake.
I'm pretty sure there are multiple compilations on the net of absolute /facepalm moments from GWB.
Obama hasn't had to do anything but complete whole sentences to automatically gain more respect from people outside of the USA.
But I'm not going to argue with a Republican about how good / bad GWB was compared to Obama, it would be like talking to a wall.
I can give you a big list of Obama facepalm moments -- and it's only been what...8 months!
He spent $72,000 bucks of government money to take his wife to broadway in the middle of a recession.
He made a joke at the expense of the special olympics on national tv.
He bowed to the Saudi King.
He called the 4th of May "Cinco the Cuatro."
He okayed a low flyover in NYC.
He burned 9000 gallons of jet fuel to plant 1 tree on earth day.
He gave the British Prime Minister 25 incorrectly formatted DvDs after the Prime Minister presented him with a gift of actual historical value.
He plans on nearly doubling the national debt.
He misspelled "advice."
He thinks he can speak "Austrian."
And that's just what I could throw together in 15 minutes. Face it, Bush would have been completely chewed out for every one of these.
And, FYI, I don't think anyone here who is arguing against you is Republican--I'm not, and I know MyTie isn't.

Had Obama spent a bit more money on the gifts: "Wasted money on useless gifts to British Prime Minister"

That isn't actually diplomatic protocol for the chief citizen and the commander of our armies to bow down before a foreign king. That's really just stupidiy. Our leader is not subject to anyone but us and our wishes here in this democracy.

Yeah, I thought you meant "diplomatic protocol". I guess what you meant was that Obama was "bowing down before a foreign king". If you don't see the ethical problems with his little flub, then you are truely one of the blind believers.

Drop the ' at the end...don't know how that got there.
And just because a site has different views than you doesn't mean they shouldn't be trusted for facts.

Obama should have held the Saudi King's hand and given him hugs and kisses like George W. Bush.
I bet MyTie would agree with that.
Or maybe Obama should have given the Chancellor of Germany an awkward back rub.
I bet Hyper would agree with that.
Stupid Obama and his bad diplomatic protocol.

You're right. I dont know if you agree with that( i was trolling a bit).

I do disagree with you here.
Why are you against a leader of one nation bowing to a leader of another nation?
I dont know about you but i viewed it as a sign of respect not a sign of submission.
I rather the leader of my nation respect other world leaders and not act like a buffoon every time they're on camera.

What's wrong with doubling the national debt, providing it's for a good use?
Just because you don't agree with the purpose doesn't make it automatically wrong.
