The elf looked shocked for a moment he would ask for that, but knowing how the medics in Honor Hold had treated him, and the way gnomes buzzed over technology, she knew he was right. She stopped in her tracks to unclip her hood from her robe, handing it over to Anrein. The gold metal on the silver fabric made it much heavier than it looked.

"Thanks," Anrein said to her, taking the hood. He took it and managed to clip it around any parts of his arm that revealed what was underneath his flesh. The two walked up to the base, Anrein raising up his other arm as a sign of peace.

Alexxa muttered something as she went to fixing her hair to make it presentable. The gnomes saw that the travelers weren't going to do any harm to the station and motioned them to come on in.

Anrein walked into the gnomish base, noticing how much... smaller, everything was.
"Any of you have medical supplies?" Anrein asked, the gnomes nodding and leading him away.
"I'll be back in a bit," Anrein said to Alexxa, figuring she would rather do something else then sit around and wait for him.

Alexxa waved him off as she went to go find somewhere to sit down away from the gnomes' inventions.

Anrein was placed at a nearby machine, which emitted powerful electricity.
"What is that?" Anrein asked, looking at it closely.
"We call it, an electro-magnet!" a gnome responded, jumping up and down slightly from excitement.
"Wait, magn-" before he could finish, the device spun on, his arm slamming into it hard.
"Shut it off!" Anrein said, trying to pull his arm off.
"Wh-what? This shouldn't be attracting regular people! It's broken again!" a gnome said, shutting it down.
"Too close
," Anrein thought, backing away.

Alexxa watched the gnomes run back and forth. A few were on fire, screaming, others were shouting victory hollers. The elf sighed.
"Twerps."

After arguing with the gnomes for several minutes about how he could treat himself, he finally managed to get some treatment down. He painfully cleansed his arm of possible infection with elixirs and stitched up his arm.
"I'm out of here," Anrein said to himself, getting up to try and get away before the gnomes suspected too much.

"I'll live," Anrein said, handing Alexxa her hood back, "thanks again, lets hurry before these gnomes get suspicious," he said to her. Anrein glanced over his shoulder to see one particular gnome with blue hair following him, not liking what was going on.

Alexxa took her hood back, clipping it back on yet leaving it down, she stood up, and put herself between the gnome and Anrein.

Anrein walked forward away from the base, keeping an eye on the gnome that was still following them, though keeping his distance.
"He'll have to turn back soon,
" Anrein told himself.

Alexxa let Anrein go on ahead, before the high elf turned around and caught the gnome, who didn't see the elf had stopped. "Alright, what's the big idea, shorty?"

Anrein turned back to see that Alexxa had stopped and was talking to the gnome. Anrein knew too well that was the same gnome that had activated the electro-magnet, and suspected something.
"Let's just hope this doesn't get out of hand,"
Anrein thought, waiting to see what happened.

Alexxa picked the gnome up by the throat after some angry conversation, "There's nothing wrong with him, now if you won't go back, I'll make you."

"I think he's got the message!" Anrein shouted, waving to where he was at.

Alexxa looked over at Anrein, and dropped the gnome to the ground. She glared, before taking a few quick strides to meet up with the human, "I hope he did."

"Getting a bit defensive eh?" he joked, now walking to the east to look for the next path. His arm for the most part was healed, though the stitches would need to be removed in a day or two.

Anrein shrugged, continuing down the path.
"Alright, so once we reach the bridges to cross into the more... broken, parts of Outlands, keep an eye out for Etherals," Anrein said to Alexxa, taking a turn down another path.
