I know this is a necro, but there are no new threads on the subject for me to put this in, and I'd like to change my answer.
I've recently realized who the most evil villain I'm seen in a Disney movie is.
Percival C. McLeach, from The Rescuers Down Under. If you've seen the movie, I think you'll understand.
If you haven't, it comes down to the fact that he kidnapped and tried to murder a young boy by feeding him to crocodiles, in addition to his keeping of rare animals prisoner until the day he can skin them. He doesn't just poach them and skin them immediately, but actually captures and imprisons them in a tiny room so that he can skin them
later
. Mind the fact that these animals actually
talk
in the film.
Yeah, that is a messed up movie in retrospect... o.o

Top 30 Disney Villains.
I agree with number 1, she was an evil biotch, but I think Cruela should have been higher then 6; she wanted to turn 101 puppies into coats after all lol.

A Bug's Life

If we were going by 'Most Awesome Villain evar!11one," Scar.
Freaking Scar. Awesome.

I hate Disney with a passion. They are the prostitutes of movie creators and sell themselves out to the highest bidder. Once upon a time they were acceptable and good, but those days have long passed . . .
I beg to differ. I thought they were worse back in the day.

You think Hannah Montana and Wizads of Waverly Place are better than the old Disney? Really?

The only mention of Frollo so far was just a list someone posted.
Causes a woman to fall and die for basically no reason.
Attempts to kill her baby.
Decides to keep the baby as a slave.
Is a complete !@#$%^ bag to the kid as he grows up, including basically naming him 'Freak'.
Decides since he can't get Esmeralda to 'Do' him, she's a witch and should be burned alive.

Maleficent, just because she was scary to when I was younger. When her eyes glowed in that one scene, scary! Or the Queen from Snow White, she was scary too, when she was running away from those Dwaves.
Never seen the new Disney film, forget it's name even though it's in the opening page :D
Gaston is hilarious to me! Why? Because at the time I was watching it again, I was playing DnD. Kept saying he had a +9 Club against Beasts. He didn't roll high enough, that sorta thing. HILARIOUS! You could turn anything like that and make it interesting XD
There should be a page about who's best Disney Hero, dunno if there is one....No one hunts beasts like Gaston!
I'm basing my Goblin Hunter on Gaston... He's actually my favorite character in that movie... :P
