Well I'm sure others are going to ask so I may as well say it first.
Without an armory link and a current setup of what you do and how you do it, it will be hard to help much. I see one "Kurindo" on the Armory that is an 80 druid, which is the name you have in your profile.
Link here.
In the WoW Armory the character is listed as Feral/Resto, with Feral as the current spec so we can't obtain much from there.
If your WoWhead profile is the correct one, you are in some very impressive Balance gear. Not sure what to tell you with the information we have.

Describe your general healing strategy. When a feral comes here and says "uzually my rotation iz this: rake rake rip rake mangle mangle fb. am i doin it rite? plz hlp" the problem is instantly apparent.
All the gear and the proper spec won't help if all you ever do is spam healing touch.

There is no rotation for healing.
no set rotation, but there is an underlying strategy thats about as much as a rotation as feral dps.
tank healing: maintain every hot you have, swiftmend when off CD and nourish as necesary, natures swiftness + healing touch will be your oh %^&* combo.
raid healing: wildgrowth liberally, try to think proactively and rejuv accordingly, for example i try to maintain a rejuv on the melee if i know theres damage inc in fights like beasts. If theyre dropping quick, rejuv swiftmend if off CD, or feel free to get a lifebloom or two rolling to give you time to pick em up with a nourish.
priority list for sure, its just a situational kind of a priority list, learn to match your hots to the damage incoming. overheal you oom, underheal your healing partners oom.

There is a "base rotation": WG, Rejuv until WG is off CD, repeat. Just randomly cover the raid with HoTs or prioritize your casts on melee/ranged if you know these groups are going to take damage.
The thing about healing is that you do not want to stick to that rotation at all times (rarely ever actually). Depending on the fight you will drop Rejuvs and cast Swiftmend / Lifebloom / Nourish / NS+HT / Innervate instead to help with spot or tank healing or to get your mana back up.
Most important thing: Always cast. Never stop. Use the duck idol if necessary so you don't run out of mana and Innervate yourself - but always be casting.
So assuming your mana is fine and nobody is in any kind of immediate danger and the tanks are getting healed easily you just go with the base rotation. If tank healing needs assistance you start replacing Rejuvs with LB. If spot healing is needed you start replacing Rejuvs with Swiftmend / Nourish.

I actualy don't spam healing touch heck I don't spam any casts at all unless I am on tank duty and then I use nourish after I have lifebloom regrowth and rejuv up on the target.
but I have tried different ways. tried keeping rejuv up on everyone 100% of the time unless its not a aoe boss using Lifebloom 3 stacks on the tank/s If they start to go a litle low I throw a regrowth on them and if its anything like Koralons Heavy hits(forgot the name right now) I usualy throw up like 3 nourishes and that keeps up the tank but for the life of me I look at the healing metters and see anouther druid siting at 2x the healing done from what I did. Also if everyone takes damage I usualy throw a wild growth.
As for my my character it is Kurindo on Lightbringer. I keep forgeting to log out in my healing gear so I will give you the basics of it. or you can check it out on wow-heroes.com
I have a few pieces of hit gear and 2 pieces of T8.5 for boomkins but that was from VOA 25 otherwise I would have gotten the resto pieces. I picked up the helm from Ony for resto set and don't have that bad of gear. Think per the GS addon I have 4500 GS and per Wow-Heroes I have a 2400 GS.

I healed TOGC in Naxx 25 Ulduar 10 gear so Doing so in TOC should be easy enough.
I guess I will counter and ask what it is you are having trouble healing then? On one hand you say you fail, on the other you say you healed ToGC.
It will really come down to if you are tank or raid healing, as they have the same concept, but different approach.

So are you basically just worried that you're not #1 on the Recount?

Where exactly is that quote from?
Checking his armory I see no ach from ToGC and only the first two bosses in ToC (both 25 man). 10man he has ToC completed and ToGC only the first boss down which doesn't really qualify for "healing ToGC easy".

to gorefiend...
if youre honestly telling me that whan you heal you just choose a spell at random to cast without any thought to the situation then i sure hope i never land in a raid with you keeping me up.
a situational priority list means (and try read real close i guess it got past you last time) that when the target is taking damage you adjust your heals accordingly to match the incoming damage.
certain heals heal for more and certain heals heal faster (lifebloom) so you PRIORITIZE your heals to match the SITUATION.
aka situational priority list.

So are you basically just worried that you're not #1 on the Recount?
Not just not number one but the fact that recount looks like this
1 druid healer: 3k hps 1000000 healing
2 pally healer: 2k HPS 700000 healing
3 me 1.2k hps 400000 healing.
(not exact numbers exept for HPS)
I mean I am not that undergeared I have nearly 2500 Healing buffed. and don't stack crit or anythingb and mana is not an issue but I still just can't figure it out.
OK so I healed the first boss of TOGC but still hard enough to heal as it is.
EDIT: also this was one of the reasons I only did 1 boss in TOGC. I was asked and I told them the followering
them: how are you doing so low healing in your gear.
Me: I have no idea I am trying all I can to increase it.
Them: So yeah we need a bit better healer we are gonna need to drop you.
Me: Can I dps instead?
them: no
Me has left the Group.

Are you tank healing or raid healing? Are your healing assignments dying? Are people complaining that someone would have died if they didn't step in to help you? Or are they just $%^&*ing about recount?
If no one died, and no one had to cover your job, then I don't see the problem except people being asshats about the meters.
Also, what's your latency like?
If he really does 50% of the healing other healers provide then it is not "being asshats about the meters". 10% more or less don't matter, 50% is a whole different story. He is clearly doing it wrong and no level of gear can explain a 50% healing difference either.
But he already got all the help he needs. Read my post. Stick to the basic strategy. Get proper addons. That reminds me: Which addons are you using? I very much hope that you are not using the default raid frames and that you are not click-selecting people?
