Stupid: marked by or resulting from unreasoned thinking or acting.
Reason dictates that you a) treat humanity with respect and b) not label things by their accidental qualities.
But labeling people by their color does neither.
So the use of it must therefore be a result of unreasoned thinking.
Therefore the use of it is stupid.
There is no decision involved. It follows from basic principles.

I'm not sure where you've got this from, sorry.
A) Ethics and b) Logic
As I understand 'reason' in the context of
"Stupid: marked by or resulting from unreasoned thinking or acting."
as: to be thought through thoroughly.
unreasoned: not founded on reason.
Are you really going to play the semantics game all night?

Slang used to be incorrect
Slang
is
incorrect. If it's correct it is no longer slang (i.e. slushie)
And I don't care what your point is or isn't. That's not what I'm arguing against. I'm arguing that using the term Black as a racial term for African-Americans is stupid.
And guess what? The N-word is slang. Does that make it
correct
?

But you know what he means by black person, so why shouldn't he use it as a desciption of the person?
Because he didn't say black person. He's advocating the labeling of a race as Blacks. Labeling =/= describing.

You can describe any black person as black = label
That's not what he's doing. He's labeling a specific section of black people as Blacks and ignoring the rest.
If you're going to jump into an argument please read everything posted up to that point.

I did not advocate anything, and Black used to be slang , now no longer is as it is in all dictionaries (current dictionaries). And my point matters , not to your debate, but to the original debate. Taking offence so severely at something so simple is very extreme , I believe you are becoming one of those people gore was talking about.
I'm not taking offense. Why would I? I'm not African.
However I know my sociology. I know my history. I know my psychology.
Labeling something by an accidental quality
always
results in something negative.
I ask you again: why are
you
so adamant about calling a particular group of people by their skin color?
And yes you do advocate it. Doing something and then defending that action is a means of advocating for it.

So now, Aborigines and Africans are the same race?
Because you yourself said that Black is a race.
I ask you a third time: why are you so adamant about calling a particular group of people by their skin color?

I didn't say black is a race , i said that it is used to define a group of races , commonly Africans
Go back to the original post I replied to. You'll see.
Edit to my other post didn't go though here it is:
I'm not advocating it the same way you are not taking offence , being offensive about something and calling it negative is taking offence.
Why not extend it to other things , why call Arabs Arab? accidental quality of being in the Arabian peninsula? because they are people from Greece there and many other places so it isn't definitive.
The
only
difference between the human races are
color
and
area of origin
, and sometimes even there is no difference in color as in Africans and Aborigines
Origin isn't accidental. It helps defines who you are. I could move to France right now and live there the rest of my life. I'd still be American. Now some people choose to divest themselves of their culture and origin and that's fine: it's their choice. But it won't change who they are and who they were defined to be by their culture.
You'll notice Aborigine isn't a place....it's a culture.
