Tank: he tanks..
Healer: I heal
Healer: OOM, need MB
Tank: Goes and grabs more mobs
this went on for some time. When i want a MB, i get a MB otherwise i play the "How low can YOU go" game.

I have snapped at
many
points while being the healer. One most recently was I started over on a new server and thus am leveling up a new priest. While I had been gone for awhile I hadn't seen the new lfg system for cross server until now (took me awhile to figure out that's what the extra stuff tacked onto people's names was about :p).
My first 3 instance experiences were terrible. The first 2 times I always had 1 guy (different person for each party) who would roll need on
everything
. I would ask him why he was doing that and to stop. His reasoning was, I'm new and poor and need the money. I politely told him that we all need the money, and to just roll greed because we all needed a fair shot at the items. He ignored me. After 10 minutes of this I stopped healing him.
The 3rd trip was BFD, I had this annoying as all hell hunter always screaming for me to heal him or his pet, when they were already being healed. Any time even the slightest damage was taken he'd be screaming and screaming. When we got to the annoying room my party split in opposite directions. Suffice to say it did not go well. I ended up saving half the party, and then we had to go rescue the other half. The dead hunter was screaming "RES ME PLSZ" over and over. When I was in combat, when I was healing people, when I was drinking, when we were dragging mobs off his body, about every 10 seconds (no exaggeration), even though he was told politely by several people that I can't res during combot and that we were getting there.
About 60 seconds before I res'd him I yelled at him to kindly shut the %#*@ up I'll res you when I get there.
We wiped 5 minutes later and I left the group.

Today I snapped. And changed my Holy Spec to Disco. ohhhhh boy.
The new 5mans are not holy friendly I am not surprised you made the switch.
And I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one wondering about holy and the new heroics...
....
I dont understand this.
Holy heals the 5-mans just fine.

I was in a HPoS random a couple days ago that kind-of...made me angry...
So I zone in, and immediately upon entering, I see one of the 3 random DPS'ers is this DK that basically looks like he's still questing in Dragonblight. A quick gearcheck shows that he is actually *missing* his bracers, gloves, and helmet. Not joking. The rest of his gear should have put him in normal 80 dungeons, maybe some easy heroics, but for some reason, he got put in a HPoS run. Not wanting to waste a 15m dungeon CD, nor having the ability to kick him, I casually ask if he thinks he should be in here, to which I get the reply "Oh I've done this place many times". ...
So we start. Trash pulls aren't bad. By the time we get to Garfrost, I can see that this guy is pulling around 1.5k dps, but we still cant kick him. Walking up the stairs, I say "Everyone knows this fight, right?", to which I get a resounding Yes from the crowd. So we start. First time to clear the stacks comes, and the DK doesn't. Of course. So I do what any mad, frusturated healer/group leader would do when you can't kick someone...I stop healing him. And he dies very quickly. The rest of us down Garfrost, and I rez the DK. As he is coming up, he says "Wow, thanks for the heals o.0". Fuming at his arrogance now, I reply "If you had done this place before, you would know how this fight's mechanics work. Your own stupidity killed you. I, however, gladly helped." To make matters worse, he rolled need on some tanking shoulders that our Tank in the group also needed, saying "I'm needing this for my offspec".
The time comes to when we have the option of votekicking him, but just as an extra nail in the coffin, our tank pulls the next group, waits for the DK to run in and start wailing, then Shadowmelds, dumping aggro straight onto him. As soon as he drops, the tank skillfully regrabbed aggro and we downed the group. As the DK was yelling "WTF was that?", we passed a vote-kick. Retribution is swift lol.

Not very often I heal block people or drop group for that matter.
Thats the most childish and stupid thing to do. Your job as a healer is to heal people. If you don't want to do your job then don't join a dungeon. If you stay in as healer you should heal. Get the idiot kicked or something but heal blocking isn't the answer.
When I "snap" I klick the vote-kick button and most of the time the vote goes through without any problems. Just recently when I was healing Nexus I got a stupid Hunter (pulled all kinds of mobs that we skipped after he was lagging behind the whole run, barely doing any damage, he also fell down once and had to walk back in) kicked from a dungeon right before the last boss (which we then simply 4manned). Fun times ;) Much better than heal blocking.
A healer actually snapped at me with this heal block idiocy once. It was in HoS and I chose to go dps for once to switch things up a little. You can get those lightning charges there that deal damage to you when you move. I actually never realized that they deal damage on movement. I just assumed they generally do damage and healed people that got it when I was healing. I never stopped walking with one on me and I've never noticed anyone else caring about those charges either since they are extremely easy to heal though.
Well, I was dps in this run and got a charge. I run around normally to the next group (which was pulled already) to help make imba deeps. I notice my health dropping a bit. Big deal, I guess the healer will pick me up in a few seconds. Nothing happens. The mobs there do some random AoE damage stuff and I back off a little since I wasn't getting a heal. The whole time our overgeared tank was not taking any damage at all. Recount showed the healer at ~500 HPS so she (a moody woman ... what a stereotype) really had nothing else to do. It wasn't like he was busy saving someones life or something, he was just standing there and not healing me. Well, while moving away a bit from the mobs my health dropped a bit further. I got hit again my some random AoE stuff and died.
Of course I asked: "Why didn't I get any heals?". The response was: "I don't heal suicidal people!".
Seriously? I took a bit of AoE damage that could have been avoided (and at the time I didn't even know I had to avoid it) while the healer had absolutely nothing to do and he refuses to heal?
Well, I told him the same I told MTSpoons here: Healing is her job and he can &*!@# about dps not avoiding AoE all she wants after the pull but when she has absolutely nothing else to do in the pull she should just do her job instead of trying to teach people a lesson.
Her reaction was kind of predictable: She refused to heal me for the whole run. Since this happened at the start we couldn't vote-kick her and sadly in the middle of the run my attempt to get her kicked did not get through. I ended up just lagging behind the group, not really doing any significant kind of dps myself with /follow on another ranged dps. Easy emblems ;)
Don't get me wrong: If the tank is taking serious damage then of course it's perfectly fine to ignore that stupid dps who doesn't move out of the fire. Let him die to save the tank, easy decision. But if you can you should try to save everyone. If you don't want to then you shouldn't be a healer in the first place.
Another run, Gundrak. Experienced group, I queued as dps again for some fun, got a 50k HP raid geared tank and 2 other dps with easily 4k, obviously experienced raiders who only want frost emblems. After the first boss I suggest to just skip the eck boss to get faster frost emblems. Healer says he doesn't want to skip it. Ok, no problem, let's make it fair and just vote on it. Vote goes 4-1 in favor of skipping the boss. Healer gets very !@#$ed, insults us. But we voted on it, 4-1, he can't make us kill stuff that we don't want to and the boss is only optional after all. Since it's only a few minutes into the run we can't kick him yet. Then healer just goes AFK, trying to screw up our whole run. Lucky enough it allowed us to kick him soon after so we could continue (and the next healer that joined was extremely happy for the super fast emblems).
Seriously, ruining a whole run just because you as a healer feel butthurt over some stupid stuff or because you are having your period or something is not cool. Stop being whiny, leave the group in a mannered way if they do things you don't like or kick the one responsible. Don't try to teach people a lesson, don't try to get "payback" or something. It's so stupid.
