Your spec is a bit too heavy on protection. In heroics, DPS classes are going to utilize a lot of AOE (which makes sense, as it makes the run faster, and the faster you get your runs done, the faster you get emblems for better gear), so you need to be able to dish out some damage yourself as well, as this helps you keeping aggro.
I'd suggest you spending some more points in arms, at least get Impale, and possibly Deep Wounds. Personally I'm not big fan of Deep Wounds, as the trash usually dies real quick (except the ones in the new ICC 5man heroics), but many tanking warriors like it. However, bigger crits are always a bonus.
Next thing, get Armored to the Teeth to rank 3. Having some points in Cruelty also helps, especially if you have put the points in Impale and Deep Wounds.
You shouldn't really need more than 51 points in protection tree, as it's enough to get all the really useful ones including the Shockwave. In heroics, unless grossly overgeared, you are literally going to drown in rage because of the amount of mobs hitting you and getting parried, dodged and blocked by you; you aren't going to need that many talents that reduce rage costs (except for Imp. Heroic Strike in arms tree, as there aren't that many talents you could spend better before Impale after having the ones you already do). Also Gag Order is a really fantastic talent to have, as with it you can use Heroic Throw to silence a caster mob, forcing it to come in melee range with you. Same applies to shield bash.
I suggest you take a look at the stickies for more details and reasons why certain talents aren't really needed (in heroics, at least). Also your glyphs weren't really well suited for keeping aggro of multiple mobs. Here's a link to a build that's more feasible in heroics:
