PvP Noob DK; how to gem/enchant?

Hi all, just starting to get into arenas on my dk after doing nothing but tanking on it. No idea how to gem/enchant (other than get x amount of spell pen for UH spec).
While ArenaJunkies is good for specs and starts, I don't see any stickies or anything on how to gem/enchant for pvp. Anyone know of any good resources for this?

Sorry to revive a dead thread but why 130 spell pen? I've been told getting about 100 is fine for pvp is that incorrect or is 100 just the cheap way out?

spell pene is good, but 130 = Safer than 100, the 100 is outdated i believe.
