I've read around on Glyph of Indo..... but I can't really set my finger on which one would be the better choice.. Or will it be a matter of Magic damage, go for Black Heart... Physical Damage, go for Glyph of... ?
The glyph is good for physical damage fights. Which is good, since the majority of the fights are physical damage.
Then again, the Black Heart is 7056 armor on proc. I don't use it anymore, but our DK offtank does. Looking at a few fights, on Marrowgar it had a 17% uptime. Over all trash he had a 10% uptime. So even if you consider Black Heart a 10% uptime, that's an average 705 Armor and 126 health.
For me, if those were my choices, I would generally use Black Heart, and only use Glyph when I needed the trinket use. So a fight like Festergut, when I'd want to pop cooldowns through 3-stacks, I would want to use Glyph.

Depends what you're tanking, but generally you'll benefit most from the two stamina trinkets. I'd try to replace the essence of gossamer with the glyph though, for physical damage bosses anyway.
