Not only is this a rather pointless post, but it's even in the wrong forum subdirectory.
As marmalade said, Malgayne doesn't have the time to respond immediately to all of the (assumedly) hundreds, maybe thousands, of emails he gets daily. He's not omnipotent, nor always on the computer, glaring at his email box angrily, waiting impatiently for a chance to finally do something he enjoys.
