Tank spec with tank gear without bloodworms is the best way to go for soloing older content, blood is quite strong for this due to rune tap and it's superior single target dps even in the absence of diseases as some bosses, namely OL bosses) are/were immune to them.
AQ20
should be NP to do 4/6 of the bosses.
Kurinnaxx:
keep moving to avoid the sandtraps, don't mind the healing debuff, it'll wear off after the 10th stack.
General Rajaxx:
wait for the NPCs to show up to aid you, they're as slow as Arthas in CoS, if you're friendly+ with CC and want a 200hps aura while fighting him and his waves and Rajaxx and a vendor after the fight, don't worry about his Thundercrash doing rediculous damage, it deals damage equal to half your current health.
Moam:
is just a horribly pathetic raid boss, I feel guilty everytime I kill him just because it's so easy to do.
Buru the Gorger:
I'd skip Buru.
Ayamiss the Hunter:
there's no soloing Ayamiss, she periodically sacrifices someone which is an instant kill unless you have some backup to kill the larva.
Ossirian the Unscarred:
there's the right way and the lazy way, the right way is to clear the entire area before him of adds then drag him around from Pylon to Pylon dispelling his buff, the lazy way is to run up his stepps and plant ur ass to a wall then just tank and spank.
AQ40
you should be able to at least do the 1st 2 bosses solo.
The Prophet Skeram:
before you come here head to the AH and get yourself some nature resist greens (of nature protection) and some lesser flasks of resistance wouldn't hurt either, ~300+ nature resistance is enough, could get away with less especially with the availability of AMS, he creates clones of himself every 25% and they all spam earthshock unless directly targeted and in melee range, when he splits focus on the clones (they'll have lower health) popping CDs as needed then keep ur health up while waiting for necessary CDs to cool down before taking him below the next 25%. NO PETS IN THIS FIGHT.
Battleguard Sartura:
is pretty easy, kill her adds, kill her.
Fankriss the Unyielding:
don't bother, if ur able to slip by him say with a flask of invisibility then do so otherwise ur done in here.
Princess Huburan:
don't bother.
Viscidus:
Have a 2hander or 2 1 handers with Razorice before coming here for him, spam frost abilities, damage doesn't matter for now, after ~200 frost attacks hit him regardless of damage he'll freeze, dps the crap out of him when he fully freezes to shatter him then kill as many globs as you can before he reforms, rinse and repeat.
The
Bug
Trio:
don't bother.
The
Twins:
if you slip by both Fankriss and Huburan to get here then you just wasted ur time, ur done.
Ouro:
can't get to him without beating the twins and there's no soloing the twins.
C'Thun:
can't get to him without beating the twins and there's no soloing the twins.
ZG
such an easy raid.
High Priest Venoxis:
kill his adds, kill him.
High Priest Jeklik:
take her below 50% quickly to get rid of her silences then tank and spank while saving interrupts for whn she casts Great Heal.
High Priest Mar'Li:
kill her adds, kill her.
High Priest Thekal:
kill the 3 stooges as close to the same time as possible then tank and spank him.
High Priest Arlokk:
beat her when she's in combat while passing the time with adds or let them fill the room and spam aoes for some amusing numbers. (great place to test when struck procs as there're an infinite number of weak adds)
Bloodlord Mandokir
& Ohgan:
fight them at the top of the temple running back up whenever you get feared down the steps, killing the raptor will enrage him but it's less damage taken overall.
Jin'Do the Hexxer:
pull him to the skeleton put, kill the adds that come with hi, then tank and spank between MCs, stick with direct damage. NO PETS IN THIS FIGHT.
Edge of Madness:
if ur an alch then that's 1 more boss than myself you can do each reset, hard enough to find one with the recipe, let alone one willing to farm blood of heroes for a stranger.
Gahz'ranka:
fight him in the water, nm else.
Hakkar:
no need to clear the temple, pull him to the back left corner and fight him there NO PETS IN THIS FIGHT.
BWL
can't solo the 1st boss even, move along.
MC
idk what in here a DK can solo as I'm a bear myself, would imagine a blood DK could potentially solo the entire place depending on their gear/skill.

DKs are hands down the best magic tank so the more magic damage and the less physical damage there is the better a DK will do compared to another tank.
On fights that require a lot of healing due to a mechanic or just a crapton of unavoidable/armor ignoring/percentage based damage you've got more tools as well.
While you have imp blood presence, rune tap, vamp blood, and death strike to heal large amounts at relatively short intervals while still dealing damage we have imp lotp, surv instincts, frenzied regen, and if we require more healing than that we have to shift out of form sacrificing 37.5% of our health, 90.9% of our armor from leather, and the ability to dodge to cast heals which also prevents us from dealing damage or receiving imp lotp heals while doing so. (this is what makes DKs and pallies so
overpowered
powerful when soloing, the ability to deal damage and heal large amounts consistently and simultaneously)I have nothing against DKs per say, just don't get me started on prot pallies.
We've got you beat when it comes to both reaching the boss with our health, armor, 1 stop aoe button, stealth, and speed to just plow through or ignore whatever we choose and the more physical damage and less magical damage a boss does the better we are for the job.
Oh and Kael'Thas Sunstrider in TK: The Eye, bears are the only tanks that can't easily tank him as he casts his 45-55k fire damage Pyroblasts every 1 minute which warriors/pallies can use the event shield to absorb and DKs can use AMS to absorb while we have to be virtually topped off and pop barkskin to barely survive or be virtually topped off and pop SI to survive with ~30% health left for 1 of every 3 Pyros if the shield can't be taken down quick enough.

Oh one more thing, while Blood has the advantage of more numerous heals, better single target damage, and a cleave it might not get the job done (AQ40 trash halfway in as an example) I believe a
Frosttap
build will work nicely for these situations.
It focuses on mitigation and avoidance while bringing several valuable utilities. (did have to sacrifice Anticipation but it should be an acceptable loss)
Rune Tap makes a mean 20% heal on a 30 sec cd if DS isn't even enough to keep you on ur feet.
UBA grants nigh-invulnerability vs low level physical damage while it's up.
Hungering Cold should be used on susceptible targets to grant you an extra 10 seconds for valuable cds to refresh and time to bandage/run away.
Acclimation will prove a lot more valuable when you're the only target mobs have along with multiple mobs potentially casting multiple schools of magic. (It should be up the entire Prophet Skeram fight for an added 150 nature resistance which combined with everything else a frosttap spec offers should outweigh anything a conventional solo blood spec has for him)
Howling Blast will outshine blood's aoe potential which as a Death Knight there's not always the option to avoid fighting groups and for lower end content you may prefer to just plow through the trash.
Whatever you choose to spec DO NOT put any points in bloodworms, these count as pets which will make it impossible to solo MCing bosses.
Best of luck to you mate.
