Hereby I present an open Q&A session for all and everyone to ask questions that have been boggling their minds. You will have a few hours to send in all your questions before I will go by them and answer them as best as I personally can, using official lore sources such as Quest Text, Books, RPG Books and in-game situations.
How can I participate?
Simply ask your question in a reply to this topic and I'll be sure to notice it!
When will you answer the questions?
I will check back in roughly six to eight hours before I dig into my sources.
How reliable are your answers?
Relatively. I will admit I will fire counter arguements at Blizzard's new lore when it comes to certain topics, but most I will just answer with straight facts.
Sounds good! How long will it be going for?
For as long as people post questions!
Are there any rules?
- Yes! No chitchat! I don't want this thread to get cluttered with nonsense.
- If you disagree with one of my given answers, quote it and quote the original questions and then post your answer with the sources you've used.
Enjoy and let the posting commence!

Now now Morec, you need to obey the rules there, and you probably shouldn't go around advertising your threads in others like this. Though I'll have to agree that there's a 'General Lore Discussions' thread like LastBlood said, and usually any lore related questions are directed there at this point.
Buuuut, that doesn't exactly mean that there can't be a second one to say the least. So, on topic then so I obey the rules to an extent:
What do you think Garrosh will do to the Horde in the Cataclysm?
I know it's more of an opinion question, but it's better then nothing I suppose.

Or you can just ask your question in the 'General Lore Discussions' thread and get an answer without having to wait too long.
My intention was to provide an answer with an actual source rather than a direct and not completely straight one. It's also why I dislike opinion or prospect questions, because I can't base them around facts. Too bad you discouraged people to post, too. 's Shame.
What do you think Garrosh will do to the Horde in the Cataclysm?
According to Blizzard's lore page on the Cataclysm feature page, they mention the Horde losing faith in the Warchief and take a nostalgic look back on the more ferocious nature of the Old Horde.
Losing your faith in a person, or group of people, generally leads to splintered factions, if the factions are (roughly) equally as powerful, would they desire to remain in the same area. A good example is back in the prologue of the Third War, where the citizen of Lordaeron began to lose faith in the Knights of the Silver Hand and followed the call of Kel'Thuzad, which led to the creation of the Cult of the Damned and the spreading of the plague.
But if one faction would become dominant, we could see a revolution, mon ami!
So chances are, if Garrosh Hellscreams gets enough supporters, he could overthrow Thrall and take over the Horde, leaving those who disagree with his rule fearing for their lives.
"(...) But although the Horde's faith in its warchief remains strong, some orcs who relish the tales of orcish ferocity and martial prowess are frustrated with Thrall's decisions. It remains to be seen whether his recent differences with Garrosh Hellscream are a one-time event or a hint at the shape of things to come."
"Garrosh and the warchief still have some unfinished business... and Garrosh's hot-headed recklessness is fast becoming a concern to those who know the inherent danger in a Hellscream's fury."

What will happen with Northrend? With the Scourge under the (presumably safe) control of Fordragon, which faction will control which region? Will it be affected or have a role in Cataclysm?

Seriously, why do we need this? That's what the General thread is for.......

You can ask a question again you know, no one will say anything, especially if your new to boards. This just seems like it's a thread for Sharlah to answer questions... so they'd all be answers with their idea on lore.

Because the general lore thread is incredibly long to trawl through?
If you have a question, you ask it there. It's not mandatory to read every single question in it. If you ask something that's already been asked, we'll still answer it as best we can.
