Which T9 and Which 245?

My DK isn't my main focus, mostly because I'm spread so thin with my toons, so this is about what to do with emblem gearing. Here's the question regarding the DPS set:
I subbed into a ToC25 run and got
the gloves from Anub
since no one else wanted them (I generally pass to the regulars)
I'm still only wearing a mix of T 7.5 and ToC5 pieces (As I said, I'm spread thin). So that gear plus these gloves with hit rating enchant and a bold cardinal ruby. I'm also very low on expertise.
Do I:
Keep the gloves and get the other 4 T9 pieces from Triumph emblems to get the 4p T9?
Keep the gloves and get the 245 head and shoulders from Triumph, and get the T9 Chest/legs for 2p
Get the 245 Helm and the other 4 T9 pieces and ditch these gloves?
At some point I will probably sub into ICC if needed, but my guild aren't min/maxers. We're very casual and they won't care. This is more about what is the best choice with emblem gear and if 4p T9 is worth getting 232 head/shoulders instead of 245 head/shoulders.

When gearing a melee character, you need to worry about the hit cap (the best stat until 263, unless you have the Alliance hit aura then it is lower) and to a lesser extent the expertise cap, 26. The priority is to get the T9 4 piece, it is still very good.
I use a program called Rawr to help me decide such decisions. In my case, the 4 piece sans the helm was the best dps increase.

in the OP's case i'd suggest keeping the gloves and getting the other 4 pieces. my reasoning would be that you don't play your character as much so farming the badges and ditching a 245 piece so you can get the 245 helm or shoulders instead would just take you more time for a minimal dps increase. The gloves have good stats on them. str/stam/crit/arp...it's not BiS but it's better then nothing when your not able to farm day and night like some people on these forums.
