I am a new lvl 65 resto shammy and have started healing few days ago. Been learning about it and doing pretty good at most 5 man dungeons. Tho I have a question about the two totems. Let's say I hit 80 and start raiding, which of the 2 totems should I be using more or just depend on the situation? and in what situation should I be using which?

You should be using Mana Spring unless you have a Holy Paladin in the raid with improved Blessing of Wisdom (and is not in charge of doing Kings or something else). The extra healing from Healing Stream isn't amazing... it's not bad, every little bit helps but I wouldn't swap it for Mana Spring unless the situation I described occurs.

I think Mana Spring and Imp Wisdom are the same. Even so,
Mana Spring
is raid wide and
Healing Stream
is party only. Always use Mana Spring unless another Resto Shaman is already putting it down. If you want the pali buff than you can always drop a resist totem for raid help. Healing stream is nice in ten mans but does nothing much in 25 mans unless you are in the tanks or dps group.

I'd rather buff the group with Mana Spring if they aren't getting it. If I have a Paladin with me, I take Kings and drop Mana Spring. If I have 2 Paladins for Kings and Wis, I do healing stream as resto, or mana spring as enhance, for myself and the ret paladins who got no regen buff.

In 5mans it doesn't matter much, both are nice and both aren't really necessary.
In a raid you want to have the mana reg buff on your group. If there are at least 2 Paladins (so that one can buff kings on everyone and the second can go wisdom on casters and might on physicals) the buff should be covered and you can drop healing stream.
Rule of thumb: The mana spring buff is more valuable to your raid than the healing spring one. But since other classes (e.g. other Shamans and Paladins which aren't exactly rare in raids) can provide the same buff and they don't stack you will end up using healing stream most of the time.

You should probably drop MS in 5 mans anyway. If you're so geared you don't need the regen, you don't need the healing either. Other mana users running oom less makes for a faster run.
But I should say that healing stream is great in some situations. I'll accidently (cough cough >.>) replace mana stream with it on Stinky and when festergut spits out his vile gas.
