Question about dummies and HfB

So...

I decided to jump onto a dummy last night, not actually to measure my dps, but more to see how all my bars, cooldowns, timers, etc look when I am in combat - new UI, which totally rocks but looks like a tramp who's been mugged.

But then I thought, sod it, let's see how high can I go on DPS with no self buffs, just poisons on my weapons and a skip in my step - it was pretty awful, hitting nothing higher than 4.7k.

And I discovered something well and truly odd.

I was able to refresh HfB without having a bleed active on the dummy. How?

It didn't happen often, but there was certainly no rupture on my dummy, as I use a ruptureless cycle. But I was able to refresh it, then after a little while I wasn't and did have to put rupture back up.

Is this just a bug? Was the fact that there was a warrior de_stroying the ? dummy next to me have anything to do with it?

I am confuzzled. I should have thought to get a screenie of it really. Showing no bleeds on the dummy, no rupture up, but HfB being lit up ready for use.

I don't believe I disabled them. Though they are quite small.

Hmmm. I wondered if it was something like this.

I have been able to refresh hfb on the dummy off of other peoples bleeds before, even when not in a party.
