couple of things on chantress's post:
death's embrace isn't optional
grim reach definitely is (it's almost entirely pointless)
felhunter is the best aff pet now and ought to be improved via talents.
"13-15% hit" is a bit of a silly thing to advise since 15%+suppression leaves you 1% over the hit cap.
aim for 15% hit with suppression but have a plan for swaps to make to lower it further if you're in a group with a boomkin or shadow priest.

Things to improve your dps:
1) Change your build. Its a bit of a mess and more pvp orientated, but still a mess even if so. For pve afflcition try something close to this:http:
//
www.wowhead.com/?talent#IfxMbzrAoVAohktZE00V
That still gives you three points to play with.
Don't use this build, every affliction warlock uses a felhunter since 3.3, and even before that points were put to improve demon damage. And since glyph of life tap works with dark pact now i recommend you
this one
.
I also agree with Duvildor that it is better to use destro or demo while doing hc's.
