Double-Click my computer
Navigate to your world of warcraft install location (usually something like C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft or C:\Public\Games\World of Warcraft)
Find the Launcher.exe file.
Right-Click it and select copy.
Right-Click your desktop and select "paste shortcut"
Right-Click your new shortcut on your desktop and select rename
Rename it to World of Warcraft.

i went to the log folder and found "Launcher" but not "Launcher.exe", in the worldofwarcraft folder thiers these folders -Log-Data-Error-Interface-Patches-Updates-Screenshots-WTF and Blizzard updater/downloader(lots of these), if thiers a folder missing or 1of these folder should contain it please tell me so.

Its not a folder, its a file. Check your Recyclebin also, if that was not emptied you can restore it there.

You have file extensions turned off... That "Launcher" is the right file.
