I used to get upset by this. I feel your pain, I really do. It can be aggravating sometimes. But then I found out my 12 year old cousin with learning disabilities plays this game, and my mindset changed.
You don't know this person. For all you know, it could be some 13 year old kid who doesn't know the first thing about WoW. Yes, they blamed you for what was clearly their fault, but that just leads credence to my theory even more.
They have been named, but shamed? No, I'm not going to sit here and laugh at someone with bad gear because for all I know, it's some autistic child somewhere.
Should they have blamed you so violently? No. Should you try and publicly humiliate her for it? Probably not.

I'm guessing the druid had some broken armor and didn't repair or didn't know there is a way to repair.

Looking at their gear, said person wasn't really geared for tanking heroics either. Should probably have started out doing kitty dps.
On the bright side, you've met a true DKDK. Feel proud.
Edit: Going straight to the wowhead forum to name & shame isn't exactly something to proud of anyway. If everyone who has met a poor player did that, we'd see nothing but naming & shaming threads.
Edit again: 1,330 SP isn't exactly top of the range either.
