For a start, your crit seems very low, and your haste very high for discipline. Im normally looking at ~40% crit in 10 mans with "worse" gear than yours.
Im not in a position to get 2pc T10 yet, but some rough maths based on the logs of my last raid, its looking like the 2pc bonus is a 6% increase to my healing done, whereas losing the 2pc t9 is a little over 3% lost.
Of course, it entirely depends on the role you are filling. As a tank healer, Im not planning on passing up on the 2pc T10 bonus

And if an that proc is so nice, how often do you cast renew on a tank? Yep never.
This a very bad arguement. The reason we never use Renew is due to it using a GCD, which can be better used. The bonus doesnt. While keeping the tank under max health will rarely happen, so will situations where the tank is topped off and bubbled for long periods of time.
Whilst the HoT will not be perfectly utilised, it will never overheal, but some ticks will be wasted. However, if that one tick is the one that saves a tanks life (for example a bad lineup of hits on heroic Gormok) then I'll be glad to have it.
Equally, Greater Heal has its place in a disc priests arsenal, particularly when combined with Borrowed Time and Inner Focus. (10k DA in under 4s? Yes please!) Its also very effective to switch to under Bloodlust/Heroism

Spamming GHeal or PoH is the quickest and easiest way to make the nearly-unlimited-mana-disco-priest OOM.

Did I say spam it?
i find that in last-30%-burn-phase-Herolusts, sensible use of GH can provide a better return than FH, as I can get away with casting fewer.
Its part of our toolkit, but not a main heal.

I'm sorry, I thought you implied that with the Heroism/Bloodlust phases. apologies.

Yeah, I wasnt the clearest, Id dread to be in a situation where a tank needed that much healing one needs to use massively hasted GHs to keep em up :/
