For frost it's pretty simple.
Just more or less spam frostbolt all the time.
If the target gets frozen try to get an ice lance on it just after your frostbolt in a so called "Shatter combo"
If brain freeze proccs, use it. If fingers of cold proccs... Many frostbolts.
When you get to an boss tell her to use deep freeze everytime it's off cd and fingers of cold proccs.
It's her best spell on a boss, since it can crit for something like 10k.
But my best advice her to be. But dual specc, and get a arcane dungeon specc. It's just gonna make your dmg output go quite up.
But that's up to you and your girlfriend to decide if you want to do that.
