So I figured since everyone was so hot on discounting BM outright, those who enjoy the spec may want to compile a sort of list of tips, suggestions, etc. to get the most from the spec. Going from the latest thread on BM raiding from Elitist Jerks, a talent spread and Glyphs set like this:

Is the optimal for BM, with a floater point in the BM Tree to put where you like. My Hunter is still lagging behind at 78, so if anyone is 80 with decent gear wants to test this spec and let me know how it goes, that would be excellent. Otherwise I'll be set in a week or 2 and I can post a more thorough experience with it. As for Pets, Wolf and Devilsaur are SUPER close right now from what I hear, the Devilsaur beating out the Wolf by a tiny margin, but the beauty part is, your DPS loss based on pet isn't nearly as rough as the other specs, so feel free to choose, just know those two are your best option, with I believe Raptor coming in third. Shot rotation, we all know considering we only have access to the basic shots, and I have been told that Aimed Shot has no place in our spec currently. Blizz should look into a buff of somekind, maybe allowing a Kill Shot within 5 seconds of activing BW or some type of new shot to add to our rotation. Anywho, thats another tangent. Who else has something to add?

(My Hunter btw, if anyone needs to know)

Someone correct me if I am wrong but a huge and expensive issue with just trying out this talent tree for the heck of it would be the cost of re-gemming gear because most likely anyone who is not specced BM now would be gemmed agility or ArP. Since AP is the gem of choice for BM spec that would be a very costly experiment. I am still BM as a dual spec but my main is SV and gemmed accordingly.

Gemming AP in BM I am told is good to a point, however there is a spot when AGI becomes more beneficial due to the combo of crit and AP gained from it. I'll dig around a bit, but I don't think the AP required isn't TOO absurd.
