1. I would like a macro to target my focus' target, so Im thinking
/tar focustarget ?
Would also like this to target nearest enemy if focus has no target or his target is friendly. For this, I have no guess :-)
Also looking to start auto attack after target is found, so I assume last line would be simply /cast autoattack ?
If its not obvious, I am looking for a macro to target my tanks (focus) target and start auto attack, unless tank has no target or friendly target. Just tring to keep my DPS going on a new Hunter. I have a few other ideas Id like to add to this, but I think if I get the first part, I can trial and error in the rest.
2. Looking for what to add to a macro that will ignore dead mobs. I think the command is nodead, but not sure where to add it into a simple target macro. Current macro is
/tar snobold
/cast (spell)
would like to be able to swap from the dead critter to a live one asap.
Thanks in advance. I hate to ask cause the info is here, and have been working on my own simple ones, but these 2 I ant practice without another player, so I thought I'd ask.

First one should be fine...for the second:
/tar snobold
/tar snobold
/tar snobold
/tar snobold
/cast <spell>
that should cycle through up to 3 nearby dead snobolds to find a live one I think.

Haha. Neat idea, elf.

Don't think it will work like that. /tar doesn't cycle through mobs. It simply always selects the closest one, or at least that's the behavior I remember.

If Kobolds who live in Northrend are "Snobolds"....would elves living there be "Elfskimos?"
