I got all what I found as best for me from heroics mostly, 1-2 pieces could be better but for the most part I am done gearing from triumphs/heroics, what should I change up if anything?
I know I am under expertise cap but I can't find much that would help without losing a lot of ArP, not sure what would make a better DPS machine and I really really hate using spreadsheets.
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Shadowsong&cn=Myblacksmith
Something is off on the armory because I have 4600+ AP and 34% crit unbuffed in game... dunno what's up with that
I do between 4-6k DPS depending on buffs, I have no idea how much I'm supposed to be doing
Can someone offer me some insight :)

armory doesn count talents or stances (it wont show the extra crit from set bonus, or the extra ap from improved zerker stance)
gear wise:
- get rid of the pvp shoulder enchant (crit > resiliance)
- you have "too much" ArP... when your trinket procs, you will be at over 100% ArP, meaning that the "extra" ArP is lost. I would try to go for the soft cap through gear (= hard cap with proc) or hard cap through gear without trinket (should be ahrd to do at your level gear)
- 1% dodged attacks = 1% less dps (not factoring in bleed effects ofc).. what that means, is that you will see the largest dps increase by getting expertise capped.
personally, what i would do, is regem some of the arp gems to expertise, so that you sit at the soft cap with arp, the expertise cap, and then gem the rest with STR.
spec and glyphs look ok (why T-Clap? i know its just a minor and really doesnt play a role... )
and now hashmel, do your dirty work.... ;-)

the T-clap glyph was from when I was tanking and I just didn't see anything that would matter much so I kept it just in case I decide to open with a charge, shattering throw, clap, stance dance combo for pvp or something like that. though I haven't really even tried it lol. -EDIT- now that I looked at your glyphs I'm gonna pick up glyph of command because I do tend to use that often :D
I am getting the shoulder, I just keep forgetting to because my hunter is exalted not my warrior and I just keep forgetting to grab it.
I am trying to aim for 100% static armor pen, when I have sunders, food, potion, I am at like 95% pure armor pen.
The trinket proc is really really low from what I've seen/heard and I don't like to depend on it for ArP, but then again I'm not the pro here lol. I figure 20% more ArP was a bigger dps increase than like 2% more expertise :( not sure if that holds true.
anymore insight now that you know where I'm coming from or is what you said still what should be followed? /I like to learn and experiment :D

well if youre at the hard cap, ok on the arp then :)
you SHOULD get rid of the arp trinket then, as the proc is (almost) totally worthless for you if youre at 95% buffed. (mirror of truth, greatness, the icc 10 one, or the totc 10 expertise one)
the problem is, youre going to be ignoring their armor, but hitting "like a wet noodle" as you dont have as much AP.. but it shouldnt be thaaaat bad.
the expertise thing still stands though. 1% less dodged attacks = 1% more damage.. 1% more arp is not 1% more damage....
i'm assuming the armory just isnt showing your meta gem and that you DO have one.. (is it activated? which one is it?)
the head enchant is, ehm, horrible too.. :P (must have missed that on the first look)
youre just going to need to gear through raiding then to see more..

50ap 30crit is horrible? what should I have for head enchant?
I have the agility/crit% meta in helm
I am running ToC 10 now for the expertise trinket but until then the scorpion crit amount is pretty sweet. I will take the mirror for now though as the proc is much better now and save the scorpion for when/if I decide to switch to more Str/crit gear/gems.
I am actively looking for expertise upgrades though they aren't easy to come by at my level without downgrading or losing ArP.
My average hits in ToC 10 are between 5k and 11k (at least from the run last night) using the gearscore mod I was lowest DPS gearscore but highest boss DPS on all boss fights. I also picked up the edge of agony for the extra ArP and crit over the beheader though I lost AP I didn't lose any DPS at least on the dummy after the raid when I spent 30 minutes with each weapon to work out my DPS, unbuffed completely without shout I pulled 3600dps with 2 beheaders, with agony and beheader I pulled 3800dps. That's without any pots, food, and buffs. Buffed I was pulling an easy 5700-6100dps in ToC 10 outdpsing our enhancement shaman by 200dps while his gearscore was easily 400 over mine (and he does know his class well :p)
Anymore advice (that reminds me I need to get the shoulder chant)

You dont have the gear to be gemming arp. Your counting sunder armor into your %arp which is wrong. Sunder is a boss debuff, arp is a personal debuff. I have you at 73% arp.
Now this wouldnt be bad, but like i said, you dont have the gear to support it. You are severely lacking expertise. That should be your #1 focus. Get a new trinket, that JC one is junk. Gem pure strength, after you have your other caps, and get a real arp trinket.
After you do all that, then, either download a spreadsheet/rawr and see what it tells you to gem.
I pulled you up in the spreadsheet, and switched your gems how they should be, and capped your expertise. You gained 40dps gemming for strength
