Hit boxes

Since patch 3.3, as a tank, I have noticed a huge difference in the way mobs interact with the tank. They like to "dance" alot more and take a ton of finesse sometimes to get into place and not have them stabbing me in the back. This has always been a small issue, but until recently, it's become quite a problem.
I recently began raiding on my rogue more seriously, and I noticed something else, that the hit boxes of many of these mobs seem much smaller than before. This would also explain why tanking them has become more difficult. I feel like my rogue has to be up their bums to be in their hit boxes. In a couple cases, I have had to literally stand in between the mob's legs to be in their hit box.
Has their been anything from blizz on this matter? I haven't found anything, but I have been hearing the same complaints from every tank in my guild and many others.

This is from a while ago. I would have assumed they fixed it by now. Guess not.

ok, Perhaps in today's patch, they are fixing this issue. I would assume a bug like this needs a patch to fix, or can something like that be hotfixed?
If, however, they did fix it, they did a horrible job of it. They need to make the hit boxes bigger again if they want to compeltely fix the issue.

A small strafe movement or I know raiders hate to hear it but a D-pad adjustment to your position makes getting all the mobs in front of you much easier. I kinda like the bug. It ups the difficulty a small bit and makes fights like Deathwhisper fun. Bad tanks that have issues with the bug will wipe a raid by getting all there dpsers cleaved to death. People do always QQ bout how easy raids are any more.
Pfft. Bad tanks that have issues with the bug? This bug is super annoying and super dangerous to a tank, let alone cleaving DPS. Unlike mobs who keep their dodge percent when being attacked from behind, a PC tank loses everything except miss chance. Even trash can be hazardous when you are going from 50% avoidance + 18% block down to just 10% avoidance.
Yes, there are a lot of good tanks (myself included) that have learned to deal with the pathing bug for the most part. Even in heroics with packs of 3-4, I've learned how to make small movements, stun and move, and sometimes just letting them settle and turning around when they run behind me. Having Shockwave hit 2 of 4 mobs because they are darting all over sucks.
From healing or DPSing randoms, I know there's many many less experienced tanks who seem to be running in circles trying to get mobs to stay in front of them.
There are ways to lessen the effects of the pathing bug, but it's still a pretty serious issue that should be addressed. We'll see if today's patch fixes it or not.

Just did some tanking and dpsing today after the patch. Pathing and hit boxes are unchanged. It's still a problem.

It's amusing (at times) to watch even bosses occasionally trying to run circles around you even if you don't take a single step from the time of pulling till looting but it'd be nice to see this fixed.
