So, my Druid just hit 80 two nights ago. In one day of doing Heroics and a PUG Naxx for the weekly raid, he's got 4 or 5 purps for both his Resto and Feral specs. On the same server I have an 80 DK, a level 63 Hunter from pre-BC days that I started leveling a little about a week ago, and on another server I have an 80 Mage I haven't played since the beginning of WotLK.
So, my most recent 80 hasn't even been 80 for half a week and I'm already fighting urges to level a new character - specifically a Shaman. I really don't want to level
another
character to 80
(I know some people have upwards of 6 or 7 80s, even 10, but for me 3 is more than ever expected to have)
but I'm already having regrets about sticking with my Druid. I don't like Balance at all, Feral is nifty, and Resto is neat but tree form makes me /rage at the fuglyness. Looking over the Shaman trees and reading some stuff about the class, I'm really wishing my Druid were a Shaman right now.
Maybe it's just a case of 'the grass is greener', but I'm seriously considering rolling a new character yet again. I don't really want to, but at the same time I really want to...
One thing I've thought about is RAF. I haven't done a RAF before, and I'm wondering if maybe the 300% exp bonus could make it less painful to reroll. It took me about... 3 weeks was it, to level my druid? I don't remember the exact time. The problem is I'm not sure if I'd be able to find someone who wants to RAF who plays the same times as me, and even if I do I'm unsure if it would really only take ~1/3 of the time to level?
I know I'm kinda rambling on here, I'll shut up now.
TLDR; I have three 80s and don't want to level a fourth but I really want a Shammy. What to do?

Level a shaman with heirlooms. PvE heirlooms if you have enough emblems, otherwise PvP heirlooms if you have enough shards.
I've already spent at least 200 of my DK's (my first 80) Triumph Emblems on Heirlooms for my Druid, Hunter, and a Priest I never got past level 18. My Druid had Heirlooms on since level 5.

Use the druid heirlooms for your shaman. Even tho its leather, the +exp bonus is worth the bit loss of armor (and stats, depending on which heirlooms you exactly had, for what specs).

I know, but what I'm trying to say is even with the 20% more exp it's still a drag to go through all of levels 1-58 again (58-80 isn't so bad imo). (The Heirlooms I have throughout my characters are the pve Druid shoulders, pve warlock/priest Robe, Priest pvp shoulders, pve Rogue chest, and pve Rogue shoulders)
