Blood DPS. STR or ArP?

Got a question, which is better for a DPS Blood DK after Hit/Expertise Cap, Strength or ArP? ArP affects Heart Strike, Death Strike, and Plague Strike. Strength does too however, as well as Icy Touch, Death Coil, Blood Boil and D&D, plus it scales with Kings/Fallen Crusader/Abomination's Might. Should i gem Strength or ArP?

str is always gonna scale better then arp regardless of what your gear looks like. however if you have
and you can hit the Arp cap whenever the trinket procs. some have posted that it's worth gemming to hit the cap. i think it's roughly 1400
basically if your no where near the cap with your current gear then just continue gemming str.
My Blood DK does have the Needle-Encrusted Scorpion. When it procs, it boosts me from 23.15% ArP to 71.59% ArP. This isn't including my 5/5 Blood Gorge, which gives an extra 10% ArP. Thing is though, NES has a pretty #$%^ty proc rate it seems, about 10% chance on Crit, which even in a Raid situation with 40%+ Crit Chance (Not including Talents that boost Crit % of specific abilities), it doesn't proc that much.
yeah the proc chance sucks. if you want more steady and reliable dps then str is always gonna be the way to go. procs are fun because when they all happen at the same time your dps is crazy. however most of the time they kinda just pop whenever. sometimes right when the mob dies which sucks.
