Personally if I was rested I would be trying to get into dungeons as a tank. Generally it means shorter ques and you can get a lot more done if you're in charge and pulling the mobs at your pace. Just be aware Druid tanking at those levels can be a bit tricky. Seeing as your on Wowhead.com posting you can probably figure out the best method to go bear tanking.
Without rested XP you can get maybe 1/4 level for every run of say, SM-Armory. So in my opinion I believe it would be better to quest. The questing is really dependent on your speed, if you can get into a new area an knock out lots of quests together questing will be by far faster than dungeons.
This is not any form of factual data this is my own opinion and experience while leveling my 4 lvl 80's. One thing you may want to worry about more than speed however, is your interest in the toon. If you tend to get burnt out quick you might want to try healing or balance for a bit. It's not about how long it take you to lvl, but that you do in fact hit 80 eventually.
