Contact Billing, your account may have been compromised. If you were suspended, you would still be able to log into your account services. Also, if you logged into the game it would produce a dialog stating your account is suspended or not ready for play. Also, if this happened while you were in game, it would kick you.

They won't ban it.
Explanation: If it is banned then they won't ban it because it is already banned. If it isn't banned then they have no reason to ban you in the future unless you or your friend do something to get it banned.
