Many models have been like this, having problems with certain races...IE, the Priest T8 helmet goes right through female Draenei's chest, due to scaling issues. Blizzard still hasn't fixed it.

I personally think that there are far more important bugs that Blizzard should worry about. There are numerous graphics clipping issues; for example, the saddle of my Tauren's kodo frequently cuts through my cape while I'm riding.
However, it's a cosmetic problem, and not a systemic one; thus, it should be very, very low on the "to be fixed" list.

Talbuks and Taurens... the eternal struggle to not get skewered on each others horns heh.

Don't think that would be expensive job to do, they could use people that isn't " in use " on any project.
I can almost guarantee you "there ain't no such animal". In today's economic market, there are very few employers who keep around employees who aren't "in use".
I'm not saying I think they should ignore it - just that cosmetic problems like this should be a far lower priority than bugs that impact actual game play mechanics.

Working as intended.
Gnome death knights need to be stabbed in the face multiple times a day to keep them from turning back to the dark side.

This is an obvious case of gnome favoritism! I don't see a gnome being stabbed in the face, but rather a gnome enjoying the complimentary chin rest (albeit a somewhat pointy one) installed on his saddle. I demand a chin rest for my mount, so that I too may nap in relative comfort on those long, tedious cross country romps.
