Ironforge.
"I liked the idea of a council, although the prospect remains that the Blood Elves could abuse that system...." He adjusted his helmet for a moment, "We would have to keep an eye on their goverment for a few years to make sure the process is working." Viemort paused for a moment, frowning under his helmet, "What are we going to do with the settelments outside of Silvermoon?" He scratched his head, "Uproot them? or try inflict martial law on them?"

Ironforge.
Viemort nodded slowly at Broll's words.
"Several here have suggested that we give aid to the Western Horde, being the Orcs, Tauren, and Trolls, some say that we should be generous, while other say thatwe should leave them to rot." Viemort adjusted himself on his chair, standing to be seen better, "Although I beleive we have rule genicide off of the list...."
Viemort sighed for a second, "There is also the issue of the Forsaken, or should I say what is left of them....." He rubbed his helmet, "Several dozen of the race have taken refuge near Acherus, taking over what was left of the scarlet enclave of Tyr's Hand...." He looked at the others in the room, "We knights are content to leave them be, but I decieded to bring the issue up here, should we eliminate them? should we leave them alone? Or should we send them envoys?"
(I hope my post is alright, I took a few liberties with the forsaken in the plaugelands.
I'll edit it if needed.)

"Let them remain in that area of the Eastern Plaguelands, barricade the entrance into it and they won't have a chance to increase their armies. If we take military action and they defeat our forces they will be considerably more powerful, so if we cut them off they will be unable to do that," said Horseworthy in reply to Viemort's statement.

"Live and let live. We can let a few isolated Forsaken alive, as a few dozen could never be able to stand up to ten heroes."

"If we leave 'em be, they could develop a new plague. We should crush 'em. If a handful of Forsaken has any chance to defeat us, I'll eat me beard."

"Where there is life, there must be death. Balance is an integral part of everything. With the collapse of the scourge, this is their only remnant. They may prove important eventually."

Khazran sighed. "I was hoping I wouldn have tae do this..." He pulled a letter out of his pocket. "This is a letter from th' Senate giving permission to send a unit of Dwarven soldiers and Heroes to crush the Forsaken. I wished that this council would decide differently but..." he sighed. "Vandar is to be givin' control o' the expedition if he wishes it."

"They are Knights of the Ebon Blade and thus are immune to Alliance and Horde declarations."

"Ah, pardon me. I thought you were referring to Forsaken Death Knights. The Ebon Blade will stay in Northrend for reason unknown."

"The population in Northrend most likely, although I doubt many will journey south. Although now that I think about it there are probably some coming south to watch the Plaguelands that could capture the Forsaken there and take them North."

Horseworthy
Horseworthy spoke up again "Broll, I understand your concerns about the plaguelands, however if we do barricade them up it would only be the Acherus area, and we would have tall walls of the toughest metals to barricade them off, magic barriers would be required too, and we would have to rotate the garrison so they don't get too much exposure to the polluted environment there, I understand it would be difficult to keep this running however if we send in forces and they successfully destroy those forces they would get more powerful from their new 'recruits'."
"As for the idea of having the Knights of the Ebon Blade watch them, that could be a good idea, and as for the Death Knights loyal to the Horde, we could bar them off as well." he continued.
