You probably want to start with UA. If you land a UA, healers will be scared to cleanse, which will let you get the rest of your dots up without fear of them getting cleansed
(This is coming from a destro pvp lock that always tries to Spell Lock UA so the healer doesn't have to worry about cleansing it.)

1) What is the proper rotation for affliction locks in the arena?
This is PvP. Stop thinking with a PvE mentality (although TBH PvE warlocks don't have a true "rotation"). If facing a team with someone who can dispel, you will ALWAYS open with Unstable Affliction. Past that, you just want to get your other two DoTs up (Corruption > CoA) and if you still have cast time, use Haunt. After you have your DoTs up on one target, switch to the other target and DoT them up too. Trust me, if you are keeping everyone as DoT'ed as possible, you will never stop casting.
After your DoTs are up, you have three viable filler spells: Drain Life, Drain Mana and Searing Pain. I'm not a huge fan of Searing Pain, but thats just my personal opinion... Some would swear by it.
2) How can the do the damage that is intended and drop players?
By putting up ALOT of DoTs, keeping those DoTs up and fearing people like mad. Aff doesn't kill people with burst (until sub-25%) -- aff kills people with pressure. If you can get full DoTs on both of your enemies in 2s and then get a good fear chain+Spell lock off on the enemy healer, you can force him to fall behind on the healing. As soon as someone drops below 25%, start draining soul. Assuming nobody interrupts you, the person you chose to drain is as good as dead.
3) Where should my spell power be?
As high as possible...?
4) What Spell do i use after all DOTS are on both target(Shadowbolt, searing pain, drain soul, drain life, etc.)?
Searing Pain, Drain Life, Drain Mana, Drain Soul when enemy is <25%.
5) Which pet will be best used?
Felhunter, no questions asked. Although I guess if you are fighting a double melee comp in 2s, you could feldom a voidwalker after the bladestorm devours your puppy...
