My thoughts:
Dont drop PoJ, as you said, its a vital dps talent. 15% runspeed matters ALOT on hardmodes, and it does matter when you move from "regular" fire on the ground as well.
The INT you gain from divine intellect also provides a bit of crit to your spells, so its a very small dps increase
Vindication is not required. It does not stack with feral Demoralizing Roar, or warrior Demoralizing Shout
Also remember that
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=31871
works a bit funny.
After a wee bit of further testing, with only one point in Divine Purpose, it is truly a 50% chance. When it does not remove stun though, it simply says "You cannot do that while stunned" and does not consume the cooldown. Which means it is possible to spam Hand of Freedom with only one rank of Divine Purpose to break a stun, albeit a litte more spaztic that just putting two points in.
So you can put only 1 talent point in it and just spam the button a few times.

The other option is something like
this
. There are a ton of raid buffs in the ret tree. See if you can find one that is almost always brought by another class in your guild/pugs/server/whatever, and get rid of the redundancy. That gives you 2/2 Vindication, 2/2 PoJ, and Aura Mastery, and all you're giving up is
part
of a raid buff in the unusual case that a class you can usually count on to show up doesn't show up.
And I take Divine Intellect in my ret builds despite not having mana problems without it, because it does give you slightly more freedom to move Divine Plea around in your rotation (because hitting it when CS and DS are both off cooldown is just heartbreaking), and also gives you a little bit more freedom to throw some SS, hand spells, cleanses, etc., around without being forced to burn that mana pot. It probably isn't going to be any kind of DPS increase, but it gives you a little bit more freedom in raid utility and spell selection. And really, what good is a 12% stronger Holy Light going to do?

PoJ matters on nearly every encounter (except Deathbringer) and allows you to get a dps enchant on your boots for no loss in dps if you spec properly.
Int does increase spell crit, but in ICC every boss is Undead (where Exo autocrits), so gaining 50 int (about this is how much 5/5 would give me raid buffed) is a 0 dps gain (at least for me, I know how to manage mana without a dps loss). 12% better FoL does help me, since I heal people when they get around 20% health (it is a dps loss to do this, but if I save someone from dieing that well worth a spell GCD). 30% less Fear duration helps on Sindragosa and some trash mobs.
It is rare that tanks get improved Demo shout/roar and even if they wanted to get it, if you spend 2 talent points they can save 5 points getting more threat talents. Unless you run with a 100% attendance Prot Pally, you should have the talent. Even with a Prot, sometimes the spell gets resisted since tanks are never spell hit capped.
